Liam watched as the Helghast were executing Prisoners of war, eventually Liam noticed the guardians were next, Zalgo pointed at Liam to use the new weapon the Helghast made, it used some sort of green energy that when exposed to any being at any time causes them to explode into nothing but a pile of blood

(In Killzone 3 a special group under the command of Stahl makes special weapons, one of those weapons uses some sort of green energy to completely emplde the enemy leaving nothing but blood as their remains, its very deadly and extremely dangerous, it can and will insta kill your guy if you are not careful. Trust me I died alot fro those guys)

Liam took the weapon and aimed it at Volteer, then Lam aimed it atZalgo and ripped off the mask

Zalgo; "YOU!!!"

Liam: "Yeah... Me..." Liam fired and zalgo used the cover of the helghast to escape from Liam, instantly the captured civilians and the other three guardians of the Dragon Temple Cyril and Terrador each looked in shock, Liam broke them free

Liam: "Head for I.S.A. City! NOW!"

without one word they flew towards I.S.A. City, and Liam was left alone in the chaos
