"Sure! What will we play?" The little black kittens purred words were sweet to the ears as she stood up to face streamkit. Lunakit was the newest kit and wanted to get to know everyone.

“We could play..” Streamkit thought of the games they could play. She couldn’t really play tag, or hide and seek. “What about hiding something in the moss? And the other kit looks for it?” She asked with a soft purr.

"Good idea! I have a robins egg, a shell, and some stones we could hide!" Lunakit jumped up and down with excitement of her first game with a clan kit. "Where do we hide it?" Lunakit asked.

“Hide under some moss then tell me when I can find it,” Streamkit explained. She closed her eyes and pricked her ears as she listened for lunakit to hide it.

Lunakit grabbed the egg and ran over to the nest where she slept. Putting the egg under the moss she decided
to put the shells outside on the nursery wall. Lunakit placed the stones and shells and ran back to streamkit. "I placed the objects! Go find them!"

Streamkit opened her eyes and took in the scents around them. Once locating Lunakits scent she followed it to her nest and dug under it. “I found one!” Streamkit squeaked while placing the egg in front of Luna. She turned and followed the other kits scent outside. “I found the other!” She called, running back into the nursery.

“Ok close your eyes and I’ll hide them for you,” Stream purred and gathered up the items to hide for Lunakit. She waited for the other kit to close her eyes.

Lunakit squeezed her eyes shut and strained to listen. Because she had lived with twolegs she could not smell very well. I hope I wont make a fool of myself. lunakit thought as she waited to find the objects

Streamkit grabbed the shells and slid across the nursery silently. Here’s a good spot, Stream purred as she buried it under a nest. Next the young kit snatched up the egg and bolted to another nest on the other side of the nursery. There she baried the egg “There, it’s all hidden Lunakit!”
