Strangely? Lionstar personally disagreed-- things couldn't be weird when a Clan was basically dead. "Might be time to get used to that. ThunderClan is on a decline and I don't think that will be improving under Duskstar's regime. Get some rest, Rainydawn-- you've earned it."

Okay.. Lionstar was skeptical already. "Sparrowskip, I realize you're optimistic but please understand I've had enough issues from troublesome outsiders to let them in without talking to them first." Between them only joining to suck up resources before they vanished, to generally being a headache.. Lionstar wasn't feeling it.

"You two," he spoke to Flames and Luna, "what are your names and why do you want to join RiverClan?"

walking himself over to where a.. melancholy-looking rainsplash was hanging around, dayheart took it to himself to take a seat next to the guy. "hiiiiiii!!" dayheart greeted, giving rainsplash a bright smile. noticing his eyes, he realized the guy was indeed pretty sorrowful -- he could change that! "what's got ya feeling so low? you don't gotta tell me if you don't wanna! put just putting this out there, i offer free hugs, if you ever want one! not that i would charge for hugs. but, like, you don't need a reason to get a hug from me. not that i won't hug you if you do have a reason for hugging me! the point is i'll give you a hug no matter what if you want one!!" the warrior offered, pausing for a second to let rainsplash.. process that jumble of words. "so, uh, how are ya?"

Newtclaw sat on the edge of the clearing, gnawing on a fish bone,
Hm, Fish bone, Fish-bone, Fishbone, that would be an interesting name, perhaps if I ever have an apprentice named Fishpaw I shall ask what they would think of the name Fishbone...
The tom licked his lips and gnawed on the bone some more before it suddenly cracked,
Oh, maybe I shouldn’t because perhaps Starclan shall make them as easy to break as a fish bone...
He sat there in the clearing pondering his thoughts and wondering where the day would lead him.

I can't hunt very well. Salmonsong taught me once, but I'm not very good. Splashpaw mewed, a bit embarrassed. But this was how she got trained! She was farther than her sister, because she would charge up to cats! @Willowfern

Both I guess. But probably fishing first. Splashpaw mewed, knowing that was most important, seeing as that's what most cats ate here. This was great! Training galore!
