"Okie dokie! You promise?" Foggypaw meowed in a small voice while extending her tail to make Blackpaw seal the deal. If anything happened to her brother, she would climb onto them and yell the song she learned to annoy cats straight into their ears.

Leading her apprentice to the Herondive Hollow, Pineapple wondered how she could make up for asking a personal question. She should have thought ahead before going wild on questions. Pineapple gave a silent sigh as they first headed to the border of Thunderclan and Shadowclan. Shaking off the negativity, she figured it would be better to be focusing on the good part about today which was receiving Mumblepaw as an apprentice.

"Here lies the Herondive Hollow where we share a border with the battle loving Shadowclanners. Take a good look around and feel free to throw any questions you have to cure any thirsty knowledge. I will also be showing you how to renew the markers incase we ever go on a patrol. Eee, this is exciting! Oop, forgive my outburst." Pineapple meowed as she licked her chest fur in embarrassment that she should show a better example.

Mumblepaw looked around, making sure to remember every tree and rock he saw. Now to set the markers... he glanced over to Pineapple, who apparently had a small outburst because of what she was about to teach him (I think). Well, I'm as excited as her, he thought, realizing that the tip of his tail was twitching at the thought of learning things... from a real mentor, too! "May we start?" he asked, happy to learn how to do new things outside of camp.

How does Shadowclan smell like to you?” Pineapple meowed as she renewed one of the scent markers by rubbing her scent on the tree.

Mumblepaw tasted the air, immediately shaking his head hard. "They smell... blech!" He was glad he wasn't born in there... Else, another apprentice might say the same thing as me! He watched how Pineapple rubbed her body on the rough bark of a tree, then copied what she was doing to a tree nearby his mentor. ShadowClan better think twice before coming onto ThunderClan territory! he thought, feeling something he couldn't describe...
