Nectarpaw aproched the she-cat with a wave of his tail. "Hello!"he meowed softly. He sat beside the apprentice and looked up at the sky. Nectarpaw squinted at the sun for a little then his eyes began to adjust. A smile appeared on his maw as he watched the blue beautiful sky and the fluffy white clouds passing by."Just enjoying the day?" He asked, his eyes looking at Maplepaw then back to the sky.
Redstrike padded into the clearing and headed over to the fresh-kill pile, plucking a large mole from it then he went to a sunny spot and sat down. Putting the mole between his paws he gripped the mole with his teeth, chewing on the prey.
Maplepaw glanced at the apprentice next to her, not daring to make direct eye contact, but instead staring at the apprentice's nose bridge.
"Rrrright..." She muttered, "day."

Wait. The apprentice was still here. She hasn't answered their question. "Enjoying... day." Was what she was able to get out.

He flicked his ear embarrassingly. "Not much of a talker, I guess." he thought. "That's..good.." He trailed off, his whisker twitching.
He searched around the camp for something to point out. "Ah, Spottedpaw!" he thought. "Spottedpaw!" Nectarpaw called out. "Come over here with us." He waved his paw in the air, trying not to hit Maplepaw in the process.
Whisperingpaw lay on his side in the clearing, his tail twitching in annoyance. Stempaw wasn't here, Leopardsong wasn't here, and he wasn't asleep to see Foxglovekiss or Blazingstar! He couldn't see anyone he liked, and the tom was pissed about it. Whisperingpaw felt a small paw touch him, and he snapped his head over to the small bundle of fur. His dull green eyes burned into Dimkit's head, but the apprentice calmed down when he realized they were a kit. "Do you need something? Whisperingpaw asked, loafing to talk better to the kit.

Dimkit sat down, noting Whisperingpaw’s prior agitation before realizing Dimkit’s age. “I just sort of have to talk to somebody. My mom always says I have to talk to at least three new cats a day.” Dimkit replied, deciding to be honest (a rare occasion). Dimkit, while not being completely honest or generous, did have good intentions. Even if he didn’t know how to properly express them. He couldn’t help that he was insensitive, it was sort of just natural.
Dimkit tucked his tail over his paws while looking up at Whisperingpaw, privately admiring how the older tom looked and overall the cool and edgy aura he gave off. For some reason, Dimkit found himself imitating people he admired quiet often. Wether it was because of his lack of confidence in his true personality or he really looked up to them to such a degree was beyond Dimkit.
