A wide grin appeared on the dark tabby's face as he let out a low, guttural cackle. The cackle quickly turned into uproarious laughter as Dusktalon lifted his face to the sky, eyes closed as his deep laugh boomed through the trees. Stopping with a growl, he looked directly into Silvershadow's eyes, a wild, maniacal smile on his face.
"Then Silvershadow, I AM YOUR MENTOR," he roared, the darkness just out of reach at the edges of the dim glow of the fungus around them flaring, as if responding to the excitement of the dark tom. With a lash of his tail, he turned away, padding off into the darkness. Before he left, however, he paused to look over his shoulder.
"You will meet with me every other moonrise. We will train until you are truly a creature of war, capable of besting any beast. We start tomorrow."
With that, he crept off into the fog.

That caught Shadowfur’s attention, for multiple reasons. For one, he was in the Dark Forest? Why? Only evil and traitorous cats ended up in hell. He’d always served his Clan with fierce loyalty, and he followed the warrior code as best he could. So what, then, did the Dark Forest want with him?

Two, his name was familiar to this cat? Shadowfur squinted. He was barely able to make out this cat’s appearance in the dark. He looked like a cat-shaped blob of darkness. Carefully, Shadowfur took a couple steps forward. Now, he was close enough to make out specific colors on the cat’s fur. “Dad?”

White she-cat with brown and black spots, one blue, one green eye, ShadowClan

"Huh...? The lithe she-cat woke in an area unfamiliar to her, getting up she started looking around. "Hello? Is anyone here?" She called out, not getting any response other than the echo of her voice. It was eerie, yet somewhat calming in a way.

(Open for anyone who want's to try to make her evil! >:3)

Duskwind had been padding through the territory, her tail lashing behind her. She watched her tortoiseshell paws through the grass, and but her pawsteps stopped at the sound of another cat. "Hello?" She answered in her deep voice. Hopefully it didn't sound too menacing.

The ShadowClan warrior's ear perked up at the voice and she bounded over to it. "Hello! Um... Do you know where I am? I'm kinda lost!" She said trying not to stumble her words.

The she-cat froze in her place. There's no way this is the Dark Forest The lithe she-cat stayed silent for a moment in shock. "U-umm, I don't think I'm meant to be here..." she said suddenly wary of this cat.

The she-cat glanced around nervously, expecting more cats to jump out at her. "No... I hate to disagree with you, but I don't really belong here..." She warrior was getting even more anxious now. Well perhaps the Dark Forest wasn't as bad as some of the stories made them out to be..? Besides, she could use some more battle training, she just barely based her warrior assessment...
