Getting to her paws, Moonbird gave a nod to Softbriar to let them know she'd heard her assignment, then turned to call her patrol members."Soaringpaw! Ferretwatcher! Let's get going!" She meowed. It would be fine. Nothing would go wrong.

Mumblepaw started to fidget with his paws, angry that he wasn't out in the forest like his sister. If he went by himself, he would probably be in trouble. Big trouble. Well, what was he gonna do? Call for his mentor? I bet they're in the forest or something, he thought, starting to burn up. Where are they?
