Amber dropped the squirrel she had caught with the other prey. Hopefully Iris or Wolf caught something too, she thought. Hunting was fun, but also hard, and she wasn't sure she could catch anything else. At this point they had probably scared off half the prey in the forest anyway. Well, the squirrel was decently big, so two cats could share it if necessary.

Silent held lightning’s gaze. His eyes in a faraway place. He stayed like that for a couple minutes debating then finally spoke. “I am..Silent.” He meeed slowly.

Dawn nodded and cane out of hers. “Mine was too.” The small she cat had no problem getting out of the small entrance. “This entrance is small..maybe Amber could live here so when she had kits no predator could get in easily.”

Wolf got up picking g up two pieces of prey. “Great!” Came her mumbled mew. “Let’s get going.”

Relieved that they had enough prey, she followed behind Wolf, looking at the trees as they walked. The leaves were beginning to change color.
"Looks like the season is changing," she commented. It's not the only thing that's changed, either, she thought, still not used to forest life.

"Dawn? Sparrow?" Amber called, sniffing around for the two cats, dropping the thrush and the squirrel.

Iris had caught a shrew and 1 mouse. It wasn't much but it'll do.

Amber heard the sound of pawsteps and turned around to see Sparrow.
"Ah, there you are. We caught some prey," she said, motioning to the small pile. "Dawn was with you, right?"

Dawn jumped realizing that she was all alone then ran after him. When he stopped she collided right into him. “Ow.”

”there they are.” Wolf stated bladnly.

``Oh sorry`` He mewed and moved out of the way. He licked the top of her head to try to clear the pain. then turned to the others.

Iris put down the shrew and the plump mouse. ``Seasons changing.`` She mewed.
