"I'm gonna be a dad," he choked out, his feet churning the ground with excitement. "A-and you're gonna be a mom! It-- you aren't in pain, right?"

Reedkit bounced excitedly up to the Breezerock. He was fairly sure today was the day he would be becoming an apprentice, and he couldn't have been more excited to finally get out of the nursery. Taking a seat by himself he eagerly awaited for the announcements to begin.

She had not expected this reaction. How-why- he wasn't upset? She almost was, only for the reason of being stuck in the nursery for six moons. Other than that, she was almost as happy as he was. "After this, we should think of names."

Olivepaw let out a slight hum: "Well... It's a bit in the middle, I suppose. And it depends on who is appointed as your mentor; some are very strict, and like to push their apprentices to work hard to become warriors, while others tend to slack off a bit, I think."

Heatherkit padded into the clearing, his pelt twitching, nervous about the meeting. Am I becoming an apprentice today?? He looked around, seeing Puddlekit and padding over to him. "Are you nervous," he asked his friend.
