The deputy's ears rose as he heard his named called out. A smile quickly plasters itself on his face as he sees the prey the hunting patrol brought in. He noted how high Thistlethorn raised his head and the mild reluctance with the nod. Nothing Beastspark would concern himself with now. Thornpaw also seemed to remain wary of him. He was going to have to figure so way to patch things up with molly at some point.

"It looks like it went well you caught a lot." The massive warrior grinned clearly pleased with the results. "Was their any trouble along the way?" Beastspark had been worried about how Thistlethorn would deal with a group of all apprentices on his patrol but it seems he fared very well.

Thornpaw couldn't help but look up as Beastspark spoke. She saw him look at her and she stared at the ground again. She tried not to look up as the deputy started speaking to ask Thistlethorn a question.

Blackpaw padded up to his rock and lay down on it, contemplating his training. He hadn't gotten any from the dark forest or his mentor in a while.

He flicked his tail toward the apprentices, reluctantly nodding his head. "They did... well. Both were able to catch their prey and not get distracted too easily." Thistlethorn turned his attention to Thornpaw momentarily, slight disdain gracing his features. Why was this apprentice so blatantly disrespectful to her superior. The warrior himself may not like Beastspark, but he would still respect him. Apprentices... @Undertaker

"No apprentice for me. Two. On a hunting patrol with me as their only warrior." The bengal sat more upright, raising his head high and idly digging his claws into his nest. "Childish fools..." Maybe he wouldn't be so annoyed if they had just shut up but no, the two apprentices had to try and make friends with each other. It was foolish. They were apprentices. Their focus should be training and nothing else, not something as useless as friendship. Ugh.

Whitepaw padded cheerfully in camp, holding a mouse and frog in his mouth. He padded over towards the Elder's den so they had something to eat. He didn't seem to notice Cloudberry and Cloverwish while doing this.

Cloverwish rolled her eyes, one foggy and clouded. A permanent scar. "Just toss 'em into a battle, they'll shape up. Can't wait to try that out with Whitepaw..." He'd tried to sneak out of the camp, for Starclan's sake! Completely idiotic. Cloverwish flexed her claws, before parting her jaws in a luxurious yawn. What good it felt to be free of that mouse-brain. "You had it nice. I was stuck with a warrior who acted like an impatient kit, topped with my apprentice!"

If there was one good thing about being stuck as a guard, it was that it gave Falcondive a reason to not socialize with anyone.

As dusk began to settle over the forest, Falcondive took over the guard spot near the camp entrance.

Blackpaw padded up to Falcondive and sat next to him, not knowing how exactly to ask any of the questions running through his head.

When the apprentice approached him, Falcondive's fur bristled with discomfort as he scooted away from him.. trying to put some distance between them.
