"Yeah. My parents lived here when there were two-legs." She meowed "And I never want to leave this place. It's the only thing I have left."

"Oh. I wouldn't leave either if I were you. But I travel around. I've got nothing. All my family are gone." She meowed, just as quiet, then her eyes brightened. "Would...would you mind if I stayed here for a while...?" Rubble asked hesitantly, her mew quivering slightly, fear that Dove may reject her, like everyone else had. But also with hope that Dove would be the first cat to accept Rubble.

"Yeah, you can stay here as long as you need. It gets a little lonely being here by myself." she replied with a purr. She could feel the uneasiness in Rubbles voice.

"Really? Thank you." Rubble broke into a purr. And she was already beginning to feel comfortable around Dove. She sat there, purring quietly. "It gets a little lonely traveling alone everyday, too. Although, it was peaceful, outside the TwolegPlace. But TwolegPlace has always been home to me. My parents lived here, and as did my litter mate and otherother kin." She sighed, happier than she'd been in a long time.

"Oh. I had a brother, Jackal. But er.... He's gone." She said, changing the subject, she added, "So, you've always been alone here?" She asked, rather uncertain that that was a good topic, but it was done. She'd asked it. Though she rather was regretting it.

Rubble saw Dove shudder, and instantly felt bad. "Sorry. I was just curious, and it's been a while since I've talked to someone." Rubble said apologetically, her eyes round with sympathy. She knew what it was like to have spent all her time alone, not even family to speak to, or know were okay. She sighed, slightly mad at herself for asking that question.
