Personality: Cobalt has a wall put up around her true self. Both their love interest and brother competed and died in the Hunger Games, leading to Cobalt being cold and untrusting. It takes a while for her to warm up to people, but once they do, Cobalt is very protective, and would kill for anybody close to them. She can be stubborn and annoying, but also quite sneaky and powerful. They don't hesitate to show off when underestimated, and enjoy when they upset/prove people wrong.
