Charlie looked back up at Teddie, and smiled. "Well, you kinda go unnoticed when you have five older brothers who are really successful!" She said with a lighthearted giggle. "Unnoticed? You're practically ignored at home!"

Teddie smiled back, hidden by her mask. "I guess when you're on the run at all times for your life, you mind of don't have the time to talk to others." This felt so good. She remembered her old friends.

Teddie's face darkened and she looked down sadly. "My town f\has been torn to shreds by these things called Horrors. They just appear out of nowhere and are impossible to escape from if they see or hear you. Except at night. Then you can outrun them. I'm lucky I'm where I am now. I've had some really close calls."
