The heat was unbearable, but this would be something to do. At least something to be distracted by. The Queen glanced around, noting the many apprentices who had come to join. Goose gently pursed their lips, they weren’t exactly the most motherly but there was always concern for the possible gruesome sights that might entail cleaning a grave site.
The thought was interrupted as Lilycreek approached, a cheeky smiled played on the smoked tabby’s lips, not that they enjoyed giving Lily an hard time… but sometimes it was nice to be naughty. Then turned back toward Gingerfrost. After the gong show of the gathering they were pleased to see the deputy appearing in better shape. Speaking of better shape, so was Beastflame. Goose gently returned their greeting with her own before curling her tail around her paws.
How lucky was she? Two people wanting to sit with her. A faint smile appeared on her lips.

Sedgestorm approached Gingerfrost as the much younger deputy called for helpers to restore the Sleepy Thicket. He ignored the scratches on his body and the bite on his chest.
He couldn't let himself rest, even with his injuries and he hoped the ginger deputy would respect his choice to come along.
This was his Clan. There wasn't enough he could do in his life to ever appropriately give back to this community, he felt.
He sat among the other gathered cats and briefly nodded to Gingerfrost.

Moonspot had decided to join in for the helping, she wanted to help out as much as she could afterall. padding out of the nursery she then went on ahead and looked around she smiled softly as she spotted her friend Goosecurl, she soon padded over to her and gently sat herself down beside her. she was always ready to help out if need be.

Foxfury paddled softly over to the Apprentice "are you okay?" Foxy meowed softly. Foxy knew the losses were bad and tough, especially on the young and on those who had lost family members
