Her confidence seemed to grow a bit more as she carefully got up moving Stormpaw of her, "N-Now, Are you sure you want to do combat training? " Tulipsoul asked staring at her apprentice.

Yes!" Stormpaw said so loudly she almost yowled. She loved combat training. It was her favorite part of training. She hated blood-spill but she loved combat training. It was odd, but it was who she was.

Tulipsoul nodded taking a deep breath, for a moment she thought she saw a younger version of herself but it went away as soon as she shook her head, before any moments passed she moved a little away from Stormpaw and gave a nod to signal for her to start.

Stormpaw dropped into a crouch.
Her gaze was intent on Tulipsoul. The young molly stalked forward a bit, as she would do with prey. Then she launched herself forward.

As Stormpaw leaped at her she moved to the side and once she knew the apprentice landed on the ground she jumped foward and pinned her down keeping her paws firmly on the younger cat's shoulders, "You have to be faster, otherwise whoever you're fighting will be able to get you easily especially windclan cats." Tulipsoul advised and got of her then padded to the center of the clearing "Try again." her voice was still soft but louder then before.

ready to pounce. She bunches her muscles and sprang, landing squarely next to her mentor. Stormpaw turned and raked her paws down Tulipsoul's flank, and then ran behind her, aiming another pounce.

Tulipsoul did not move from the spot only wincing a bit when she attacked the molly turned towards the apprentice staring at her, she was going to give her one more freebie this would make it seem like she wasn't going to fight back but she sure as heck was.

Stormpaw purred happily, moving away from her mentor. However, she never moved her gaze. Her mentor might attack any time now,
Stormpaw had to be ready.

After a few moments the she cat turned and crouched but did not pounce only stay in the crouched position.
