Paleheart walked carefully through the Windclan moor, her dark coat and large form making her quite obvious. Her aching joints were causing a rather annoying fuss today. Nonetheless, someone had to go hunting. Although her slow gait wouldn't allow her to catch any fast rabbits, she could still search for slower prey. With luck she'd encounter some to bring back to the clan. Suddenly, a shape in the distance caught her eye. What, or who, could that be? Slowly, she began to approach, her nerves on edge.

Seal paw frantically loped through the moors. Stupid cat! Why had he swam in the river? The thinner ice and the slight melting had caused a rise in the current. His mentor had warned him that that would- wait, he didn't have a mentor yet. Was it Doepaw, or Fadedpaw who had told him that. Oh well, it didn't matter now. Now that he had washed up on unknown shores, he was disoriented, confused, and hopelessly lost. His green hues flicked around. The moors reminded him of Windclan, but he wasn't sure where in the territory he was, or which direction he needed to go in to get home. His eyes stopped when they landed on a dark blur across the hills. He swallowed hard, the blur looked oddly cat shaped. He just hoped it didn't see him and if it did, it would be somewhat friendly.

As Paleheart approached, she began to see that the thing she saw was a cat, and a rather wet, small one at that. Her previously slow, lumbering gait changed to a quicker one, and she sniffed loudly as she approached the cat. She quickly identified the stranger as a Riverclan cat, somewhat explaining their wet state.
"I didn't know they allowed beached fish on Windclan territory. What are you doing here, stranger?" She asked cautiously, while noting the cat's obviously confused state.
