The ginger feline sat back up as the two figures raced away. It took a few moments, but when Emberdust finally reappeared, he was happy to see the she-cat with the hare in her mouth. "Great catch!" he called, standing upright when she was back to where she was before the hunt. The clan would simply enjoy this piece of prey. They needed it. They needed to remain strong when food was so scarce. That was the thing with Windclan that the other clans didn't understand. Windclan relied on the hares so when leaf-bare comes around and they go into hiding, their prey is twice as scarce as Thunderclan and Shadowclan combined. They had it easy compared to Windclan. This made Blazingstar even more proud of his clan. Proud to be leader of such a hard working clan.

Although his thoughts were torn away from his clans needs when Emberdust brought up the she-cat that destroyed his emotions. Blinking, he was almost confused. "That I rejected her?" he inquired, embarrassment washed over him until he felt his ears grow hot. Did the entire clan know now? "Well she had that coming, how could I be with a cat that turned me down first? How can I be sure her feelings are really there...?" he asked, distress filling his voice. His golden hues tore away from his sister and towards the moors. The entire scene played over in his head. They could've been something if she had turned him away the first time. It was all Sagewhisker's fault.

Emberdust let out a soft sigh and gave her brother a small smile, nothing but support evident, except for a flash of pity in her honey hues. She flattened her ears and looked to the side, not wanting to look her brother in the eyes at the moment, she brought up a sensitive topic, she knew, and she felt horrible for it, but she needed to know, she wouldn't have to bring it up if Blazingstar just told her these things, they were siblings after all. "Now I wasn't saying you were wrong, that's understandable, that and emotions are usually hard to grasp, unsure of how to use them most of the time..." she trailed off, unsure of how to put her next statement nicely...words were usually her strong point, able to scare off most with just the words and the tone she used, but she wasn't very good at her actions, or how to put emotions in the phrases she spoke, it stressed her out, trying to solve this puzzle, the mystery of emotions, which ones were supposed to be used at certain times "But...that wasn't all I wanted to talk about....is it true that...that you're the father of her kits?" she said, making sure her voice was even, loud enough for her brother to hear, but soft enough so no prying ears would hear, he had a reputation to keep, and she didn't want to ruin it. The ginger molly's whiskers twitched, a brilliant idea popped up in her head, "Hey....maybe you should try and see other molly's, to help you get your mind off of Sagewhisker...Nobody else has noticed it yet, and honestly no one else knows, but you should've told me anyways, You should know that I would figure out either way!" she snapped, getting slightly off topic, her fur fluffed up from the anger, they were siblings, they were family, and family members tell their other family members what's bugging them.

Emberdust let her tail droop and her ears flatten against her head, she hated it, her raw emotions, sadness, jelousy, envy, hatred, love, happiness, fear, she hated them, she didn't know how to use them, what they are, how to use them, they made her fell weak, unable to do anything, stupid. Sadness washed over the ginger molly, did he not trust her, did he despise her, did he not believe in her, did she do something? She let out a sigh and began to pad forward, her eyes drooping, honey colored orbs danced with anger and depression "You wanna know what makes a family a family? Its not just the fact that they could be blood related, or the love, or the bond, no it's the fact that one can be much, much stronger than the other, yet they won't kill, slaughter, betray, sadden, hurt, or repress the other. You may think you could be in a family...but think about what I said, Blazingstar you can't pass up that opportunity, it may be your one and only chance to be a father, to have the perfect family." she said, her words giving away no emotion, putting her mask back on, refusing to show her weaknesses, this is how she learned to deal with pain, with her fathers tuff love she learned how to cope in a different way with her emotions, with her pain, and so far it's worked, it's gotten her this far. "I know I said that you should get her mind off of her, but if it's true, if you are the father, you need to take care of them. Create the family we couldn't truly have." she said, her tail lashing back and fourth, she knew that she sounded like a mother, she sounded awful, rude, mean, but she knew her brother would regret this later, and she didn't want to see him half alive again.
