Creekpaw walked out to Omenstar to hear what the leader had to say. She sat relatively close just to make sure she didn't miss a thing of what Omenstar had to say.

Omenstar drew a paw over her whiskers. "We must name a medicine cat and deputy." Stars, she hated this... "Echojay, you have proved yourself to be a loyal and fair warrior. You will be the deputy of our clan." she turned to Yarrowstripe. "Yarrowstripe, you have received an omen from EverClan (Their StarClan)that has prompted you to become a medicine cat. You will be our new healer." she paused to take a breath. her tail was shaking. "Echojay! Yarrowstripe!"
She jumped off the large white stone and headed for her den.

The pale she-cat turned, sighing. "Yes, Creekpaw?" her tail tip flicked a pile of dust that had been lying on the ground.

Creekpaw stopped when she was close enough for Omenstar to hear her, "When do I get a mentor?" she said out loud. It was a very good question and she needed a answer soon. She can't just stay an apprentice forever, could she?

"Ok Omenstar" Creekpaw meowed. She padded over to where she guessed Echojay was. "Echojay?!" she called out
