Woollyfeather blinked, a bit startled by the way Darkpaw replied.
Perhaps her time in the nursery caring for Ravenkit had spoiled her to the idea that ShadowClan's youth were friendly.
Nevertheless, she mentally shrugged it off and pushed any feelings that might have been stirred up to the side.
She sauntered to the next places and began marking, only occasionally glancing towards Darkpaw to make sure neither of them had wandered away from the other. Once she was done with her portion of the border, she trotted away from the scent line and waited for Darkpaw, tail swishing just above the mud as she waited.
"I'll be here when you're done!"
She bit back a more humorous line, getting the feeling it wouldn't be appreciated by her current company.

Darkpaw finished marking the spots along the border that he had put himself in charge of and walked back towards Woollyfeather. As he approached he dipped his head slightly in greeting ”I apologize for my earlier attitude,” The large tom said softly ”We should probably head back.” Though Darkpaw generally didn’t care about this sort of thing, he could at the very least acknowledge when he was in the wrong. He had been a little too curt with his treatment of the she-cat when she had simply been trying to help and he realized that. Not wanting to waste too much more time he began walking back to their meeting spot, glancing over his shoulder to make sure the warrior was coming along with him.

Fogcloud quickly lead the patrol out, ears swiveling as they got near the Shadowclan border. Their tail flicked back and forth as they took in the scents of the other clan, her yellow eyes intense as they started to mark their side, their eyes flicked to the others, "I can tell that Shadowclan has recently been at this border. While I don't smell any of them on our side but watch out."

Nodding in silence at the shield’s words, Flintfang moved forward, paws crunching against the frost-covered ground as he began marking a part of the border.

Nightpaw follows the two to salt meadow marsh and lets then do there thing, maybe she should look around and do what else you do to a border, Her ears perked listening to what fogcloud is saying and nods slightly and continues to walk back in fourth. Her paw slips into the small hole and she falls down hitting the ground hard. Her ears drooped and stared.

(Atleast she is having fun… Right?)

Once the large silver tabby enforcer had finished with the marking their ears swiveled as she heard a thump. Their head moved over and saw Nightpaw being on the ground. The enforcer quickly walked over tail flicking, "Hey Nightpaw are you alright? I heard that fall." they then crouched down to gently help up the apprentice, "Anything hurt Nightpaw? I can bring you to Fawnlight if needed."

A sudden thump, like the sound of snow caving and a body hitting the ground hard drew Flintfang out of his distracted state as he mindlessly marked his side of the border. Ears swiveling, the grey tom-cat made sure he'd properly left his scent on the ShadowClan-RiverClan border, and then hurried back to his patrolmates, eyes widening slightly at the sight of Nightpaw. At least Fogcloud was already there to help the poor apprentice.

Nightpaw halfly stood with the help of the warrior as she pulls her paw out of the hole slowly. Her paw hurts... It hurts alot.. It must of been from the fall when it slid into the whole... why did she do that... That was stupid... Her ears perked to the two warriors. "I erm.... I think so???" she said as she lifted her paw and cleans it. "I-I dont think so.. paw... hurts.." she mewed as she looked around. "sowwy..." she mewed at the two

The tabby shook their head, "It's fine, accidents happen. Let's get you back to the camp." They will make sure that the apprentice will be steady leaning against them as they start back to the camp, "Flintfang, when we are back would you take Nightpaw to Fawnlight so I can report?"

The silver-furred tom nodded at Fogcloud's words. "I'll take her to Fawnlight." He agreed, voice oddly quiet as he stepped forward to try and help Nightpaw back to camp.
