"I'm fine, I guess," he said, shuffling his paws. Physically, at least. He couldn't BELIEVE that he'd almost killed his Clanmate! A sudden thought struck him, and he raised his head to squint at the raging cats around him. "If I was willing to kill you for the Dark Forest, then other cats might be willing to as well," he burst out, clearly panicking. "If they had the same mindset as I did, they're going to target smaller cats. We have to get out of here."

"Are you suggesting we fight or leave cause I'm small and I'm a bigger target?" Smallpaw asked.

She reached for the neck and snapped at it, almost missing. Grabbing the tom's neck, she flung him across the camp of fighting cats. Aurorasky waited for his attack.

"I'm coming with you," he meowed. "There's fighting going on in the other territories, and if you pass alone someone's going to attack you. It's better to go with a partner and hide in the outskirts."
