Cloudtalon opened his mouth, only to shut it again.
"I..-You...-...wha..." He stuttered, not being able to comprehend a perfect sentence.

He picked up the mouse quickly, his face feeling like it was on fire.
But he felt joy as he heard Pebblefrost say he felt the same.

The grey feline felt his fur bristle as he heard the other slip slightly. Knowing the trip back would be boring with no talking, he decided to start.

"S...so you feel all.." He meowed, thinking of a word. "All weird and happy around me too?"

"Y-yea." Pebblefrost meowed quietly. "It's like this warm and fuzzy feeling..."He continued to pad across the wet rocks, soon stepping foot on dry land. 'And I get so anxious whenever I see you. And my heart beat quickens whenever I'm around you.' He thought to himself.

The grey and black tom made his way into the cave, setting his catch in the freshkill pile and went to go lay back down in what was left of the fading sun.'I'll send out border patrol in the morning.'

Pebblefrost smiled, and stood, only to lay right beside the grey tom. He lapped the fur on Cloudtalon's head. "So, this is what it takes to get you to lay in the sun... with me?" He said jokingly, his tail wrapping around the tom's.
