"Here, I brought you guys some fresh kill. I already made sure the kits and elders ate." She said and set the fresh kill next to Cloudpaw. She dipped her head and left again. She padded over to the apprentices den and entered.

"I understand. And it hurts, but its doing well so far." She knew she couldn't hunt or fight due to cats always using their tails to communicate. And since she can't even hold it up without it hurting meant she could barely do anything as a guard.

He bent closer and smelled it. "Alright. I'll let Poppydaze deal with it when we come back." he started to trot out. Before he went out side he asked her a question. "Do you know what they smell and feel like?"

He though for a moment "ok so Bindweed has Arrow-head shaped leaves with pale white or pink trumpet shaped flowers..I don't know if the color is actually right..I just listen to what Poppydaze told me". he walked outside the den waiting for her to follow. When she came out he continued. Poppydaze rushed out of the den to find Redpaw. "Redpaw! You come back here right now!" Her tail lashed with frustration as she realized the apprentice wouldn't listen all too easily. Storming back into the healer den, Poppydaze huffed and flopped down by her herb piles. Apprentices, they never listen, she grumbled to herself. Her fluffed fur began to smoothe as she once again started to doze off. Sleep. Sleep is what seemed best for her. I'll just go to sleep and everything will be fine, she thought. Inside, however, she knew she shouldn't fall asleep, but the healer was already submitting to the surrounding darkness.
