Cold air whipped Minkpaws nose as she pushed her long skinny body out of camp her short fur standing on in. It was so cold out here and her brown gray pelt provided no shelter from the ice cold. Honestly the young molly didn't want to be out here but feeling like an outsider in her own Clan made being in the clearing feel awkward at times. Tail twitching the sleek pelted apprentice headed into the trees. She had no idea what she was doing, going on a walk? Maybe hunting she wasn't sure she just wanted to get her head clear. The recent stress was crazy, Flintspirit hadn't let her participate in the most recent battle but she was still shaken by the stories of Clanmates fighting each other. Why would you fight your brethren? Were her clanmates just waiting to attack her? That thought scared her. She felt Flintspirit wouldn't he seemed nice and was kinda cool and Fernpaw was her sister so she knew she'd never turn on her.
After walking a while the pale eyed molly looked around her it was quite out but freezing. Letting out a breath, watching it dance in the air Minkpaw realized how deep into the forest she'd wondered. Had she been her before? RiverClAn scent was everywhere so it was obvious she hadn't wondered out of her territory but she didn't remember this placed. Paws crunching icy snow beneath her paws the molly turned in a circle. There was a tall oak tree in the clearing it's bark old and rough while a breach tree was settled on the other side by a small frozen stream. None of this look that familiar but then it seemed to be at the same time. Why does the snow make everything look the same?! Minkpaw suddenly wondered regretting coming out alone and in too of that she hadn't asked for permission.

Valeriansmokes’ multi-colored eyes were turn to slits. There was a surprisingly plump hare, which was already a delicacy in Thunderclan, not to mention Leaf-Bare, in front of her. Her paws slowly sunk into the glistening white snow. With her icy-colored pelt, spare her few dark markings, she was practically invisible. The only downfall was that with her thin coat, even a slight breeze send her shivering even more than she already was. It was a blessing in the heat, where long-coated cats were constantly drownded in heat. But in the cold, all her movements were rigid from the frosty temperature.
Her ear twitched when the hare started to scurry a tad bit closer. She wasn’t the fastest, so she just had to wait until it was a little closer...Then she would pounce. The molly could hardly stop herself from racing for the kill then and there. Yet, in her twenty-three moons of life, she knew that never worked out. When it got closer her heart leapt. Now was the chance, her only chance. She tensed her muscles, raised her hackles to prepare for the jump- before a sudden noise scared it away. Valeriansmoke bolted after it before quickly realizing it was too late. Sulking, the molly sniffed the air. It was obviously a cat that made the sound, she she would give them a piece of there mind. Her black socks dipped into the snow, following the sound with a gloomy expression plastered on her face. Once she caught site of the young molly, a low growl sounded in her throat. ”You scared away my kill, you know that? You... you apprentice!” The insult definitely wasn’t one of her best, but at least she made the lean, brown she-cat aware of her anger by the half-hearted remark.

"Ok, where should we go then?" Foxbreeze replied. She really had no idea where they should go, but she hoped Lionwing had an idea.
