Petuniaflame's ears flicked up as Snakeheart called for a Clan meeting, he was looking for Mister Lionstorm? Humming the warrior moved over to join the rest of the meeting, limping slightly as she did so.

Beetlekit looked skeptical as the loud noises echoed through the clearing. Her ears flattened as she sat at the nursery opening, not wanting to join the rest of the Clan.

Snowstripe looked over at Petuniaflame and nodded in greeting. She felt something was odd... The disappearence of Soot and now Lionstorm this was very confusing to her and she did not like it one bit. But also there was some other cats missing Like Ripplepaw and a few others. She was worried for them all.

The white and tan kit padded out of the nursery, looking up at Snakheart. He was barely older than an apprentice. She thought he looked awfully small up there, but she would look smaller. Sure, it would be awesome, but honestly, she wasn't even close to being ready. Highly important Clan meeting. She thought with a twitch of her whiskers. What would be so important? Personally, she thought of Snakeheart and Lionstorm as the leaders, considering Sootstar and Stormcall had been gone for the majority of her Clan life.

Snowstripe dips her head in greeting to fish speckle as well and then looks at snakeheart again.

Bumblestep had been sunbathing in the clearing, enjoying the New-leaf breeze when Snakeheart called. After a nice long stretch, he padded over to the Streamstone, eager to here what the Medicine cat had to say.

The dappled grey she-cats eyes widened as Snakehearts call reached her, a tufted ear flicking as she registered what was said. Hmmmm... a meeting? It had been a while since shes been to one of those. How long had it been? When she first joined as an apprentice, right? Minnowpaws head was tilted as she pondered the question, her eyes drifting off to thoughtfully gaze into space.

Blinking rapidly as the sounds of multiple mews snapped her out of her thoughts, the apprentice quickly shook out her pelt as bounced over to sit by her mentors side, "Say, what'cha lookin' so nervous for? Do you know whats goin' on?" she mused, cocking her head as she gazed up at him.

The warrior had been so caught up in his own head that he didn't even realize there was anyone next to him until Minnowpaw's voice danced through his ears. Blinking, Kestreling shot her a lot as his ears went back a bit. "How would I know what was going on? Do I look like Snakebite?" he snapped, nerves firing on all cylinders now. Stars, what was this? Why was he nervous? Sure, he knew what was happening, but that didn't offer any reassurance.

Forcing his fur to lie flat, Kestrelwing turned his gaze back to Snakeheart, trying his best to not fidgit. "Now if you're going to sit by me do me a big favor and be quiet."

A small frown placed itself on the stocky she-cats maw at the response, her eyebrows pinching together in concern. He wasnt normally this...snappy, even though he was pretty grumpy most of the time. The apprentice opened her mouth to respond, but thought against it and shut it again, instead settling on wrapping her poofy tail around him. Hopefully that offered some sort of comfort?

If he didnt want physical comfort, then she would obviously pull her tail away, but it was worth a try! Slowly her smile came back, though this time it was more bright, more cheery. Happiness normally rubbed off on others, so this might help out a bit!

Splashleap's head jerked sharply into the air at Snakeheart's call. Padding towards the gathered cats, she looked around for Lionstorm. He had always been around, that one, golden ball of fluff that never, ever, seemed to disappear. More present in her life than her family in some ways. But, oddly enough, she didn't see him now. Not that it was likely anything had happened to him. Sure he was a bit old, but he definitely wouldn't be easily killed, and as far as she could tell the dogs were pretty well gone. Spotting Kestrelwing, she made her way towards him. He was nice enough, and she might as well sit with someone she vaguely knew.

The brown and white molly only caught the last few words of his conversation with Minnowpaw, but they were sufficient to banish any plans of conversation she might have been concocting firmly from her mind. Nope, his opinion on chatting seemed pretty clear at the moment. It seemed like, at least in the past few days, Riverclan had begun to tick along a bit more normally. A bit worrying actually, how quickly they had adjusted to the lack of leadership. Made her think Sootstar and Stormcall hadn't been doing such a good job, especially towards the end. But then again, they had disappeared, so what did she expect? Hopefully they would get a new leader soon though. And a deputy. Snakeheart and Lionstorm couldn't run the clan on their own, no clan was meant to function without at least three high ranking cats guiding it. (Open)
