Foxclaw coughed and gasped for breath. This was a new pain, something that was different from the last two times it happened. 'I will not die like this' he thought, but he knew he was helpless...

The she cat breathed with relief. The tom was larger than her, but she knew they had to get him to the camp. She took a deep breath. She wasn't going to let her friend die. She pushed him unto her back and went to the camp with the kit behind. (Post in clearing now and do u want me to pm zerosight to see if he can rp and help foxclaw?)

Re: ThunderClan Territory
@ toothlost!
It was fairly early in the day when the rather burly female shoved her way out into the territory, really it was only a few hours after sunrise, many cats were still just waking up or not even close to doing so when she exited camp, going on her own form of patrol that only consisted of her. She wasn't picked for dawn patrol this time around, but it didn't matter to her, she'd go out and patrol anyways, it gave her something to do aside from lay around camp, perhaps she'd find a fox, or a badger, maybe even a loner, that would be great. Something that she could use her strength on, it's not very often that she got to fight something which was a shame because fighting was what she excelled at, she was a bit too heavy-pawed to be good at hunting, she could take things down easily when she was up close, but she wasn't good at sneaking or being really quick. But I digress.
Cormorantstone's relatively large paws pressed into the frozen ground of the forest, the leafless branches of the trees stretching into the grey skies, small flurries drifting down and covering the ground in a very light dusting that would surely be gone by later when the day warms up a bit. Despite the chilly air that nipped at her very core, the she-cat did not shiver, she didn't even seem to notice it at all, it was irrelevant to her.
Everything was quiet at this time of day and this time of year, the prey was mostly in their dens, sleeping, hibernating, keeping out of the cold, not even birds were out chirping, it was a sort of eerie silence but the grey tabby liked it. There weren't other cats out either, or at least she didn't scent any at the moment, though there was might be some downwind of her, but she didn't really care. She was just hoping that she could fight something. The liberation battle, she had enjoyed it so much, it had put her in a good mood, she had finally been able to use her skills and she excelled, she had hardly even gotten a scratch on her in that battle. It was great. But that good mood was starting to fade the further and further the battle became in the past. It was getting back to the old grind, the old boring grind where no cats fought. And she hated it.

The elegant brown tom was probably doing something stupid, considering there was a cat seeking a fight lurking about. But he was oblivious, only focusing on the scent of a mouse he had managed to pick up. He was lurking between trees and bushes, crouched and hidden away as he moved. To any cat it would look like he was trying to sneak his way into the territory unnoticed, if the cat didn't scent him. His ears twitched as he tried to hear for the scratching of the small critter he intended to kill. At first, there was nothing, and then a sudden scrape and he was moving again, passing out in the open before disappearing behind a tree, and pausing, scanning the area for the prey. He saw the smallest of movements, a tail moving, and he stepped lightly, leaning slightly towards his left, knowing his right would never be as strong as his left side. When he felt he was close enough, secure and ready, he lunged forward, grabbing the mouse and ending its life quickly. A mew of pleasure escaped his jaws and he buried the now dead creature, sitting beside the freshly kicked dirt and looking around, opening his mouth to taste for any scent of prey. The clan needed fed in the winter, despite the lack of food. He'd find one more thing, he vowed then. Surely that would help. It'd feed a couple of cats or more.

It hadn't taken much walking for Cormorantstone to find the scent of another cat, and even more boring, it was one of her clanmates, it wasn't an intruder or anything, just another clanmate. Scowling slightly, she continued padding, not bothering to try and walk because she'd ultimately fail anyways. By the smell of it, whoever they were had just managed to make a kill too, that was good at least, the camp needed the food, especially with it being leafbare and with all of the injured cats and what not.
Maybe I should pick a fight with them, that would be interesting, it'd be a lot more interesting than just talking to them or wandering around the territory looking for something to drive out.
Thought the cat as she approached she scent of the fellow Thunderclan warrior, her ears flattened slightly and her muscles tensing up slightly before she forced herself to relax. Maybe it would be nice to just start a conversation? No. She wanted to spar, she wanted to brush up on her fighting skills, even though the battle wasn't that long ago.
"Is that all you could manage to catch?" Sneered the she-cat, appearing in front of Elmberry, her voice like gravel and far from the smooth, pretty voice of most other females of the clan, a dangerous glint in her eyes. She wanted to provoke him, start a fight. She wanted to fight so bad. She practically craved it.

Instead of scenting more prey, Elmberry caught the traces of an approaching clanmate. Perking his ears, he looked towards the direction of the padding, thinking for a moment he was glad she hadn't come moments sooner with the noise she made, and then he tilted his head as she came into sight. He's never really interacted with this cat, but he knew she was hostile at times. At her words, he shook his head, "Oh, no. I've just started hunting. I plan on catching more. But it's leaf-bare, so prey is scarce, no cat can catch an abundance of prey." He was completely oblivious to her thirst for a fight, but even if he realized what she wanted, he wasn't a fighter. He definitely wouldn't battle with a clanmate, not so soon after the war. "Have you caught anything? Or are you patrolling?" He asked the question innocently, looking away from her to scent the air again, standing and wandering around, never leaving her sight and staying in earshot as he searched for more prey. Nothing so far, much to his disappointment. But he didn't mind, as there was a cat to keep him company for a while, at least. He wouldn't be bored with the lack of prey running about. A shiver went through him as a cold breeze flew by, and he glanced towards the she-cat, watching her for a moment.

Re: ThunderClan Territory
@ starfall
Fala padded through the dark forest. Her orange and black spotted pelt shinning bright when the moon light hit it. She sneered as she saw darted her green eyes back and forth through the brush. Her paw steps were light to make sure there was limited sound. Her white fangs glinted in the moonlight.
