Grizzlybug let out a deep laugh and purred at Sootflare, “you know me! Can’t get enough of the little fluffs. Though I think they’re all trying to collect me! Soon I’ll have little cats pulling me apart out of jealousy- it seems I’m a kid magnet. Must be the fluff!” Grizz shrugged as though he really believed it and continued, “this is Ringpaw! We bumped into each other today in sleepy thicket and she let me know she’s already one of us. Must’ve gone missing. I’ll leave it to her to tell her story though.” It wasn’t like Grizzlybug could tell a story he hadn’t been told himself. He wanted to properly greet Sootflare, though, since he liked to consider every cat his friend and he and Sootflare had been seeing an awful lot of each other lately what with the soil growing kids that needed to be taken to camp. So, Grizzlybug offered a friendly smile and a cheeky wink and purred, “by the way, how’s my favorite Riverclan deputy today?”

Ringpaw watched the interaction between the warrior who'd led her home and this other cat she didn't remember. Her ears perked as she heard Grizzlybug talk, her head tipping to the side a bit curiously. Deputy? So we have a new deputy now... I wonder what happened to the old one? she sat back, chewing the back of her paw a little nervously. The young molly smiled at Sootflare politely, dipping her head respectfully, before glancing around the camp, a smile on her maw that showed how glad she was to be home.

The deputy returned a small nod and a tight smile in Grizzlybug's direction, "Doing just fine." hew meowed before turning to the new molly.

"I'm afraid you're not familiar to me. You must've been gone a while if you're returning. Ringpaw, is it? Do you care to tell your story, then?"

Sootflare hurried over at the call, hoping to get this over with quickly so he could go back to tending to the members of his clan. There was so much that needed to get done. Yellow eyes scanned the newcomer as he approached, "Thank you, Greenfur. I can deal with the rest of this myself - you're dismissed."

"What's your name?" he meowed, turning to the stranger.
