RIVERCLAN EVENTS

Events have always been something that I've enjoyed seeing and I think it's about time that RiverClan gets their own thread for them like the other clans do. While I have many ideas of my own for ways to boost morale and activity among RiverClan's ranks, I love hearing what you all have for ideas too! Credit to both Moonraven and Undertaker for this community thread form. I'm hoping that this will make things much more organized, and easier for people's events to be seen and approved quickly.

As of right now, all of RiverClan's HRs and the Shields are welcome to approve any events that are listed here. I plan on allowing at most 3 events to go on within RiverClan at once. This is so there is plenty of fun to participate in, but not too much where it becomes overwhelming. I look forward to seeing all of your ideas!

Current Events:
(1) Sparring In The Snow - Violetfreckle has called all RiverClan warriors and apprentices to battle in a tournament!
(2) Tongue-Twisting Scavenger Hunt - Mistycloud will give a prophecy-like clue to a warrior in each group. Then, the group will go find said item in the clue.
(3) Stronger Than One - Pikestar is hosting a fun clanwide outing to the hot springs for everyone to participate!

The Biggest Fish - Rabbitpaw wants to have a friendly competition on who can catch the biggest fish! - Host: Rabbitpaw

Event name: Rivers don’t only hold fish
Who is hosting it: Redlake
Details: Redlake will be hosting an event where she teaches apprentices who don’t know how to catch land prey to learn to catch land prey. She is doing this at the thought of Leafbare and the possibilities of the river freezing up

Event Name: The Cold Can Be Fun!
Who's hosting it: Graytail
Details: The kits of Riverclan will be cooped up in the nursery, especially because it's leaf-bare, Why not make some time to have fun? The kits and apprentices will play in the snow as Queens and Warriors keep an eye on them and make sure they won't freeze, if one would get cold, back in the nursery! Them freezing is determined by a 1d20 roll, 1-5 is the kits are warm enough, 6-15 is that their starting to get cold, and 16-20 is that they have to go back and get warm!

Event Name: Snowball fight!
Who's hosting it: Iceflower
Details: What do we do with all the snow? Why not have a snowball fight? The clan can enjoy a nice snowball fight, then have a tasty meal of fish later on!

Event Name: Even in the cold, there’s still time for kindness
Who's hosting it: Goldenleaf
Details: cats will be allowed to spend time with their loved ones before the event starts: gift giving. Whoever is participating will be randomly paired with another cat. Goldenleaf himself will be participating, but he will be paired randomly as well

Event Name: Joy to the world
Who's hosting it: ColdPaw or LilyLeaf (Depends if I get Lily rejoined soon!)
Details: Basically it’s a Christmas gift exchange and feast! There will also possibility be games for the younger cats, although we’ll need supervisors! My cat will start the event 3 days prior to the actual event! Cats can go out and collect gifts for loved ones with two warriors accompanying every two kits, if they want to leave camp to get a gift! Younger apprentices also have to go with at least one warrior! On the day the kits will play games while the warriors gather prey and then all of them eat together and chat with their families and friends! And then after everyone is done they exchange gifts! Maybe even add some public, or private one on one, love confessions???

Event Name: SnowTime Fun
Who's hosting it: Sunspirit
Details: Sunspirit loves the Snow, but also wants to make sure everone knows when to NOT get on the ice, with a quick lecture on how to tell if the ice is firm enough to stand on. then it's time for fun! a Shell Hunt in the Snowy Camp. with Die rolling after each post with decide who has found how many Shells, each of these number roll posts will be counted up in the end, and a winner announced

Details: Rabbitpaw wants to have a friendly competition on who can catch the biggest fish! it will help our clan, and also bring some fun in it for the apprentices! There wont be as many fish in leafbare, we should try to catch as many as we can!
