In its hand, which has been propped up by a stick, it holds a letter...

You don't know how long you walked, how many hallways and turns and twists you've traversed, but eventually..... it leads out to a large room.
Theres a large sign above the door saying 'SPOOKY MANOR AUTIONS', what seems to have hoped to been flashing neon text, but it only flickers sometimes....
Spider webs are densely interwoven in corners and on the roof far above your head, the walls are plain; wallpaper of flowers and petals falling.
The room is completely empty...
Except for a singular canvas located right in the middle of the huge room...
Drawings occupy the easel-inhabitant, and letters are drilled into the rough wood under the canvas, with some text spilling out to an a-four sketchpaper sign....
No wonder this is called an Auction Manor
