She smiled,” Maybe Riverclan as they eat fish and frogs. They are odd. Or Windclan. They are pretty odd, they only eat voles and rabbits and are scared of trees.”

Oakpaw smiled. "Well I was wondering," she paused to glance around. "If you would want to come out of camp with me?" Oakpaw's paws shifted and fidgeted as she waited for an answer. Her tail tip twitched rapidly as she waited, excitement making her restless.

Zephyrkit tilted her perfect little head and thought a moment. It might be fun to break the rules, after all, rules were meant to be broken, right? "Sounds like fun, let's go!" she said, standing up and flicking her tail in ambition and excitement. She simply couldn't wait to get out of the camp for the first time.

Petalstorm pushed her way into the nursery, the mewling of tiny kits drawing her attention from her mate, who had followed her. The silver-and-white queen settled down in her nest and licked her three kits on the top of the head. The smallest kit, a black tom with pale gray paws squeaked as his sister, a dark ginger kit with a black tail nuzzled him in the side. The last kit, a gray tom with jagged black striped was clawing his way up the side of the nest.
His father, who looked exactly like him, picked him up by his scruff and gently lay him down in the curve of his mother's belly. The queen purred.
"Petalstorm, have you eaten yet?" he asked, his voice ragged from yelling at a clumsy apprentice who fell in the river.
"No, not yet, Dragontail." Petalstorm's eyes were beginning to droop as her mate left the nursery.

Peakit was playing lazily with a small ball of moss that had teared itself off the nest she was currently laying in.
After a few more soft taps at the ball, it went away from her grasp and out of the nest.
The kit sighed, she was bored and her mother had gone away from the nursery for a while now. She wanted to come with, but Pipitchirp had made it clear that she couldn't.
To pass the time, she tried remembering the stories she had been told the night before, but that only occupied her for so long.
Sighing again, she turned to lay on her back, her paws aiming at the air around her. She wished she had someone she could play with, pass the time with, goof around with, wait for her mother with. But life had gifted her with solitude, or so it seemed.
She really wished things would be different. That things could change for the better. She loved her mother deeply, but having someone else, someone closer in age, to share her daily life with would be nice ...
Having nothing better to do, she decided she'd try and take a nap. It was her favorite way to deal with boredom, as time seemed to move faster that way.

Swanheart was sitting in the nursery staying by her lovely kit as she nuzzled purekit . She felt happy , and even more gentle then before , but nothing more seemed to be as important as her own kit. She would die if anything where to harm purekit ! The She cat smiled with a soft pure , her brown eyes scanned the nursery in case any thing threatening would pop out in front of them . Her soft tail was around her daughter as she cleaned her fur , at first she thought she wasn't ready to be a mother but that thought was pushed to the deepest part of her mind .

She hummed a lullaby for purekit so she could feel calm and safe even protected even from the shadows of the den .
" who's my little warrior ?~ " she praised purekit with a wide smile , her ear twitched as she heard a bird flew off and her eyes looked at the bird for a few moments but then back at her kit

Purekit nuzzled against her mother, soft downy fur prickling with satisfaction. Her mother, Swanheart, was absolutley perfect. She always made sure Purekit was feeling okay, even when her stomach acted up. Nuzzling her mother's shin, the highest part that Purekit could reach, the female purred.

"Me?" Purekits voice was, well, pure. It was soft and quiet, sort of like a flap of a robin's wings. Though she could be a nervous reck at times, Purekit knew she would never be judged in the nursery when her mother was around. "When am I gonna be a warrior?" Like always, the young kit's mind was wandering. She could hardly pay attention and had Moreno than a little trouble when it came to staying on task. Sure, it didn't effect her now, but when she became a warrior, that would have to stop.
