Russetkit nodded,” What’s your favorite food? What’s your favorite game? What do you think Apprenticehood will be like? Do you want to be a queen when you are older? Do you know any of the apprentice duties? Do you know any battle moves? Can you hunt yet?” She gasped for breathe once more.

Her ears flicked up, and Fawnkit stood up. "I like Shrews, and Mossball. Apprenticehood will be fun. I plan to work harder than anyone else! I rather just have maybe one litter, but I think I would hunt and fight most of the time. Apprentice duties? They train, hunt, work on cleaning nest and de-ticking elders. I can't hunt live prey, but I can pounce really well!" She smiled, trying to hide the fact she was out of breath from the long list of questions.

Fawnkit laughed, fur fluffy up. "Yeah, we will be." She mewed. Fawnkit didn't really know if this kit would join her. She was already five moons older. Fawnkit chose not to correct the she cat.
