Clans, huh. Was that where Daykit was from? What could they be? Was he happy there, or has he never seen it before? The name, unlike many other things he'd heard, did not seem so familiar. It was strange. Looking back up at Moonfoot, he only nodded, without saying anything.

"The clans.. Well, I guess you could describe them as huge groups of cats. There are five of them. Thunderclan, the honest and brave- Windclan, the agile and loyal, Shadowclan, the fierce and sneaky. And, my home, Riverclan- the graceful and skilled."
My eyes shone when I mentioned my former clan.

Daykit brightened up. Definitely home. One of them, at least. It had to be. Curious, Daykit spoke up.
"Do you... Know what Clan I'm from?" He tilted his head to the side, his dual coloured eyes shining with hope. That was the plan. Before figuring out where he was, why he was here, and who he wanted to look for, he wanted to know about himself. Wasn't that the normal thing to do? What good is a cat if they don't even know who they are?

"Hmm.." I examined the kit. "I feel like I've seen someone like you before, but eh- I can't be sure. But.. you could have come from a loner/rouge and a clan cat? It's hard to tell."

Well, that didn't help him as much as he expected. Letting out an irritated groan, his ears pinned downwards and his paws shuffled underneath his own weight. Loner... And ShadowClan... So what was he? Not even Moonfoot knew... Did anyone know? he felt disheartened all over again. He felt just as lost as ever. He stayed silent, thoughts racing into his mind.
