Forestpaw had been trotting along side her mentor when they suddenly halted...near a cliff. A cliff! Forestpaw froze at her mentors stern voice then looked up at her. This must be really dangerous if you can't go closer until your a warrior! She gulped. Oh phew! There was nothing that Sageflurry would train her here.

Actually, they probably will. Fishfin mewed sadly. But let's just pretend they aren't there. Pressing back against her, he purred Well, I haven't noticed your wonderfulness until now either, so I guess we're even. he mewed, giving her cheek a quick lick. @Zesty Mango @Starfall

I doubt she will, since Buckstar told her to tail you. Fishfin mewed. To be honest, he had forgotten that she was the one who had shouted in the clan meeting, and was getting a bit uncomfortable. Shaking out his fur, he mewed Well, why don't we start hunting then. He could already smell a few pieces of prey, in the bramble thickets and crackling around in the leaves under a beech tree, probably eating nuts. @Zesty Mango

Frostbreeze nodded realizing he was right about hunting, but she didn’t really think he was going to have her actually hunt, she figured this would be more just hanging out and right before they left catch a single piece of prey each. But maybe it was because her guard might tattle if she didn’t do much hunting so she dropped into a hunter’s crouch and stalked a squirrel before launching herself onto a squirrel and killing it. Besides, shouldn’t the tom be hunting for her?

The golden tom stood right at the brambles that separated the clearing from the rest of the territory. He was waiting for his mentor, Whiteclaw. From what Linopaw had learnt since joining the clans, it was customary for mentors to hold daily training sessions. The abyssianian assumed that they started early in the morning, hence his anticipation while attempting to stand still. He was tempted to run into the oak forest on his own; he was perfectly capable of navigating and fending for himself if the need arose, but he didn't want to get into any trouble for leaving camp. Lionpaw began to pace impatiently. He had only been waiting for a few moments, but he was already bored. When would Whiteclaw get here? @Cobra
