Power(please don't be op, and please describe it a little: to cobtrol ice-or snow using to manipulate it and or freeze water when she pleases,she can also walk on water because the water freezes under her paws//to control the water minupylating it and can push it aside so he can walk on the sandy or pebbly ground (like how mosis did) can breath under water also //to in the future to be able to control fire like it doesn't burn her and she can minipulate it.

oh the typos Ok, those are still a little op. For example Snowstorm could be able to freeze objects or create snow from the moisture in the air around her(part of the freezing thing), but can only freeze water beneath her for short periods of time, or it drains her energy. Full Ice, water, and fire manipulation with no downsides are quite a bit more powerful than, say, a cat who can become invisible for short periods of time.
