cowtuft shuffled about the twoleg gardens. he was on the search for a few fresh pieces of catmint. fresh but he would take anything he could, to be honest. the frost was beginning to settle in deep and it would take away these herbs. he wouldn't be shocked if it hadn't already happened. so, cowtuft searched and searched. his hindleg burned in protest but he weaved through crooked fences and wandered about. eventually, and he didn't know how long but he was able to find 2 pieces of catmint. not the most freshest but it was something. he nodded contently. best to not push his luck today (he could hear a dog barking in the distance) and he made a route back home.
