Blossomfrost

The she-cat padded up to the camp entrance. She wanted to go hunting, to help her clan. Yawning, Blossomfrost took in the fresh scents of new-leaf. Then, she walked out of camp, sniffing.

There was a stale scent of squirrel, but also a very fresh one of thrush. She smiled to herself, then dropped into a hunters crouch. Quietly, she stalked up until she saw it. It was nibbling on a seed.

Quickly, Blossomfrost acted. She pounced, biting into it's neck. Before it could fly, it was killed. The warrior picked it up, heading back to camp.

The morning sun filtered through the brambles of the warriors den illuminating the large sleeping Tom. Opening his blue eyes only to be welcomed by the morning sunlight, blinking a couple of times to get used to the light he sat up. Giving his chest fur a few quick licks but keeping his back fur a-mess to make him more...well cruel looking. As he pushed past the entrance he his eyes narrowed, great the prey pile is low yet again he thought. The large Tom glanced around the camp for demonstar. Upon not seeing them he scoffed I’ll just go hunting turning he padded out of camp and into the forest. The trees created large looming shadows that he easily blended in with, tasting the air he could scent mouse,squirrel, and his favorite raven. Deciding he would go after the raven first he slunk into the shadows only to sneak up on it. He spotted the bird pecking amount the roots of a large oak tree, sliding his claws out he pounced landing on top of the large bird that could easily feed three apprentices. Giving it a swift bite to the neck the bird went limp and as reaper jumped off of it. He stared down at the bird who’s feathers where now splayed out in different directions. Picking it up he began padding back towards camp I’ll go back for the smaller animals next

Redheart yawned as she woke up from her sleep. She stood up and stretched, her legs trembling a bit. Her muscles showed under her pelt and she padded out of the warriors den. She sniffed the air. New-leaf was coming. She preferred leaf-bare but this season was good for the clan.

She decided to go hunting and she ran out of camp into the territory. Dawn would be a nice time to hunt. The prey was barely starting to wake up and they would be a bit out of their senses for a while. Redheart started sniffing the air and she quietly followed the scent of mouse. Her paws thumping lightly on the ground, she spotted the mouse after the scent started getting very strong. Bunching her muscles, she leaped on the mouse and landed squarely on top of it. She swiftly killed the mouse with a quick bite to the neck. Satisfied, she buried the mouse and went hunting for more prey.

It was sun-high when she returned back to camp, a bunch of prey in her mouth. She proudly padded over to the fresh-kill pile and placed her prey on the pile, taking a vole for herself and sat down next to the pile, gobbling up her prey. She licked her muzzle and a glint of red appeared on her teeth. She licked it off.
