Michelle glared into the darkness. "How... you... get... in?" She breathed, looking down at Cora and saw her scar. Wait. "Parasite. Parasite loose. The parasite is still loose in here." She forced a good sentence out of her mouth and hissed in pain, her human eye closing. What are we gonna do?

Cora's eyes widened. "You go hide and I'll find it and kill it!" Ze said. Cora didn't wait for an answer and walked out to kill the parasite. Ze walked through the lab, with a knife in hand. Ze heard some crashing, followed it, and found the parasite. The parasite jumped at zem but ze dodged, or so ze thought. Ze spun around to stab in with zeir knife but stopped when ze felt the parasite try to get into zeir skin. Ze screamed and cut the parasite off, leaving a small bit of it in zeir arm. Ze felt tears flow down zeir cheeks. It had stopped moving but it was still in her arm.

Michelle didn't hide. She followed. "They... can't... hurt... me..." She hissed, watching Cora take down the parasite. "They... can... revive... there... are... more..." She breathed, hearing another infected get close. She turned around and there was one of the infected. Covered in wires and glowing purple eyes, it let out a screech and charged at the others, but Michelle slammed it to the ground.

Cora stood and stunned the infected. Ze didn't want to kill them because there was a person deep inside there! "How many?" Ze asked Michelle.

*She stopped dead in her tracks when she saw a shattered glass tube on the right wall*

*That was where she was infected and transported back to her other cell*

Cora gulped and quickly found a cloth and covered it. Ze was scared that Michelle would lash out and lose her mind like the others but didn't express zeir thoughts.
