Just going to explain a few things so there isn't any confusion
The Bookman Clan is an organization dedicated to recording and maintaining the true, aka the hidden,history of the world. They have been known to ally themselves with various sides of world-wide conflicts. The "good" and the "bad", to them it does not matter as much as recording the truest history of that period. They consider their neutrality especially sacrosanct.
(That can still have innocence, but they still can't side with just the exorcist because of it.In the anime,there is Bookman and his apprentice, so there can be two of them to)
Innocence is a substance of unknown composition known by the ancient civilization that first cultivated it as the "Crystal of God".It can bond with certain humans, known as Accommodators,to form an "Anti-Akuma Weapon", the only kind of weapon on earth that can purify Akuma, saving the souls that are bound to them from being destroyed by the Dark Matter that gives them their power.There a different types to.Parasitic type is usually attached to the accommodator, so it would turn their hand or arm into a claw or something like that when activated.Equipment type is like a weapon(like a gun,sword,ect) .Crystal type is an evolved form of equipment type and can repair itself as long as the accommodator still has blood in their body.
Exorcist are just acomodators who fight the millinium Earl,akuma,and the Noah.
The black order is comprised of Exorcist and finders(they find innocence.They can't kill akuma though),and a science devision.the science division basically try to find other ways to fight akuma and the millinium Earl.
Don't really know much I can say about the Noah without giving spoilers.So there are 14 of them,but the 14'th betrayed the others,so now there are only 13.They say they are the true apostles of God and are the main antagonist of the series.The Earl of the Millinium is also a noah.I'll explain more further into the rp.
The Earl of the millinium is the one that makes all of the akuma.
Akuma are artificial creatures comprised of one or more human souls, metal skeletons and Dark Matter, the latter two supplied by the Millennium Earl. By design, they are forced to obey the orders of the Earl and the other members of the Noah Family without question, even if it is against their will. Only innocence can kill them.
