To create a box-and-whisker plot, we start by ordering our data (that is, putting the values) in numerical order, if they aren't ordered already. Then we find the median of our data. The median divides the data into two halves. To divide the data into quarters, we then find the medians of these two halves. From Google

A box and whisker plot is a special kind of graph. Start with a number line, do lines above the highest and lowest numbers, then do lines above the lower quartile, median, and upper quartile, then connect them so it looks like the example I attached.

How to Make a Box and Whisker Plot
Step One: The first step to creating a box and whisker plot is to arrange the values in the data set from least to greatest. ...
Step Two: Identify the upper and lower extremes (the highest and lowest values in the data set). ...
Step Three: Identify the median, or middle, of the data set.
Highest number is 30 and highest number is 12. So, order them 12, 16, 18, 20, 22, 25, 28, 30. Add them all up, you get 171. Then, you divide by two, getting 85.5. This may be wrong since I haven't learned this yet. @Nightmare

If ya got the box and whisker thing down, just write one. There are eight numbers, so 2/8 are lower than seventeen, if I'm reading this right. For range, put all the numbers in order, and subtract the lowest from the highest, so 28-12, which is 16. Interquartile range, again, has all numbers in order, then find median, or middle number, which is splitting the group in half, so (12, 16, 18, 20) (22, 25, 28, 30) and find the middle number, but which are 16 and 18 in first, 25 and 28 in second.
Then we calculate the average: 16+18/2= 34/2=17. Meanwhile, 25+28/2=43/2=21.5.
In other words:
B) 2/8 if I'm reading it correct
C) Range: 16. Interquartile Range: 17 (Q1) and 21.5 (Q2)
Sorry it's long XD haven't done it in a while, but gonna graduate from high school soon and do some tests, so might as well try to practice
