Aatu stood up again and began walking home.

Minnow helped her push the object.

Crayfish wobbled, but laughed as she got her balance again. "Faster!" She cried.
"Yes, faster!" Bird agreed.

With a plunk, the thing tipped over the edge and drifted to the bottom of the pool of water. Silver stared down at it, her nose almost touching the rippling surface.

Crayfish and Bird clung tight to the wolf, giggling and laughing.

Nothing was happening, other than a few bubbles escaping the maybe-turtle and drifting up. "Is it really a turtle?" Silver wondered aloud.

The water splashed Silver, who squeaked in alarm. "Hey that's cold!"

Crayfish snorted. "Bird, they're not dead."


She swiped a paw over her dripping ear and peeked at the water again. "Do turtles breathe underwater?"

Aatu sniffed. "They aren't here. " He said pointing out the way their scent went. "They left a recently. "

"I don't know. " Minnow said looking down at the water.
