Graysun padded into the training cave to meet up with his little brother, who had no mentor anymore. He wanted to take him to go do something, who knows maybe he'll apprentice him himself. Graysun looked at the entrance to see if Linnetpaw was there.

Meadow simply gave a nod. "As for me, I simply tagged along, clans are interesting, I'd like to join one someday, but if I were to be honest, I'd really prefer to keep my name, because I find yours to be quite weird." She mewed softly, her green gaze aimed at the apprentice, her green eyes almost looked like Mudspeck's

Amberpaw nodded diligently as Soren introduced himself and his daughter, and she had to admit, she liked their names. "Soren is an interesting name. I've never heard anything like it. Does it mean anything?" she glanced over at Meadow. "Meadow is a lovely name. It suits you perfectly." at Soren's next words, Amberpaw had to admit she was taken by surprise. How did this cat know so much about her? "Yes... That's correct," she meowed, taken aback. "How do you know so much about me? You have to admit it seems a bit strange,"' she said sternly. She was starting to feel more suspicious, and she kneaded her claws into the ground, ready to swipe them if needed, yet she kept her composure. You could see strength in her shoulders and hind legs, slight muscles that were noticable from intense training. She could put up quite a fight if needed. However, when Soren spoke again, Amberpaw relaxed, though she felt sheepish at his last words. "Well... I guess I...." however then she snapped her head up, amber eyes blazing. "Who are you to tell me I shouldn't greive over a cat who's not dead?! How was I supposed to know that? Maybe if you'd come to tell me the day he disappeared, I wouldn't have had to greive. Did you think of that?" she was dead serious about this, curling her lip back a bit, though it was obvious it was more of annoyance than aggression. She shifted, curling her tail around her paws. "Why didn't you come sooner to tell me this? For all I know, he could be dead, and you're not telling the truth. I want to see for myself." she just wanted to know that Mudspeck was okay, really okay. After so long, she wanted to make sure he was really alright. She didn't have to talk to him; he didn't even have to know she was there. She just wanted to know he was well. She continued to gaze at Soren determinedly, but after a moment tears filled her eyes and she lowered her head, trying to hold them back. "Just let me see him... Please," she whispered softly, her tail curling tighter around her.

Soren shook his head as she asked if there was any meaning behind his name. "My parents chose weird names, can't reall do anything about it." He mewed and showed no reaction as she spoke, his gaze was as emotionless as it had been since they had first spoken. "I know about you because of him, he had an eye on you, after all, you were his apprentice from what he's told me, now you probably have another mentor, which is probably for the best if you ask me." He mewed before answering her question as to why he hadn't come over sooner to make her feel better. "Because he's not the tom you once knew, he's in a rough shape right now, clearly not as sweet-looking as you're used to." He said before looking over at Meadow, who lowered her ears as she realized what her father meant, and only gave a small nod, confirming that the tom was not in a good shape right now. "I don't think seeing him would be a good idea, but if you're really sure about it, you should be ready to be torn apart, he wouldn't see you anyway, but he's still standing, at least." He said, giving a hint as to what the tom's injury was.

Meadow was listening to the two with her ears lowered, she gazed at her father worriedly, this wasn't what she thought was gonna happen, and he was just so stern and emotionless in moments like this, after all, he had lost cats close to him, so things like this didn't quite reach her father. She neared Amberpaw as the she-cat teared up. "Maybe it's better if you don't see him, but... He likes you very much, he told me to tell you that." She added, her gaze meeting the apprentice's.

Linnetpaw came into the Training cave like there was no tommorrow, he was excited to be training with his own big brother, he looked a bit worn out or so due to his small legs, surely he would get taller. "So, what training are we going to do?" the younger tom asked his mentor.

"You've lost cats you loved, haven't you?," she murmured softly, her eyes filling with compassion and sympathy for him and his losses. "You must have been through so much... I wish I could help you." She simply dipped her head respectfully as he spoke again. "I understand if he's in too bad of shape for me to see him... Just, just... Tell him I love him and I miss him... Please. Maybe one day I'll be ready to see him when... When you think I can handle it." she tilted her head at his next words, just nodding silently in understanding. When Meadow came up to her, she blinked the tears away, and feeling better , a smile appeared on her maw. She gently laid her tail over the tortoiseshell's paws. "Thank you, Meadow... That means a lot to me." withdrawing her tail, she glanced around. "I'm sorry to say this, but you two can't stay in ThunderClan territory... My Clanmates will just drive you out if they happen to see you... Maybe we can take this conversation somewhere else? I can escort you to Seastones, if that'll help. There's no claim for territory there since all the Clans use it." she gazed at the two cats, tail tip flickering.

Meadow's gaze met Amberpaw's again. "We'll have to see each other more... You seem like a really nice cat and well, if I'm going to join a clan one day, I need to start knowing them a bit more, even if I know a bunch because of Mudspeck." She admitted and her ears lowered a bit. "Well... If you weren't gonna stay with us for longer, going there won't be too useful, surely if we end up leaving anyway." She mewed and passed her tail over the apprentice's paws.

I've lost cats I loved, as well, but I'm not like you, I'm not.. so cold." she said, knowing she probably couldn't get him to understand. If he wanted to hide his pain behind a cold personality, fine, but he wasn't worth her time. She didn't say anything more to him, simply turning away. She normally would try to see if she could get through to him, but this... This cat would just snap at her again. She gazed at Meadow a moment, a small smile on her maw, though it was half-hearted. "Oh, I would love to see you some more, Meadow! But I'm not sure how that'll happen. I need to go back to my Clan, though. The elders are probably complaining about their soggy nests again after last night's rain. And they'll wonder where I've gone..." she shuffled her paws nervously, she was worried a Clanmate of hers would come and find her talking to the outsiders.... And on ThunderClan land, no less! She would be in a heap of trouble.

Meadow looked at her father and nodded, he wasn't this cold to her because she was his daughter, but he was down to Earth at least, he didn't pretend that he was the strongest or the smartest, but he showed no fear when it came to fighting, and she admired her father for this. "I'll make sure of it, dad." She mewed before looking back at her new friend. "Sorry about that... Dad is just... Something." She apologized. "He was a lot different before, he was happier when mom was around, and what I think he tried to say was that life is harder when you're a loner, no one really has your back." She admitted before she got up and nodded. [B]"Stay safe and see you soon, hopefully."[B] The young she-cat mewed before she turned away and also disappeared into the dense forest.

RainPaw gave a soft laugh as the Tom stated she had matured, she very much doubted that was true, she was still weak and pathetic in every way possible at least that's how she viewed herself.The black and white Molly gazed at FrostPaw- she was glad to see him again, she felt safer with him around for some weird reason but the more she talked to him the happier she felt almost to the point she wouldn't mind the idea of neglecting her duties to the clan just to hang out with her friend more often.

RainPaw laughed softly."That's good...". Hearing what he said next she became suddenly nervous as since he had returned the question and she stammered somewhat."Uhm...Okay? Hopefully that is- FeatherFall retired so now LemonEyes is my mentor but..I'm not sure if he likes me or not.". She looked at her paws somewhat, not entirely confident with her social or combat abilities.

Frostpaw flicked his eyes towards the she-cat, smiling warmly. She seemed to be happier, and that's all that mattered to him. Hearing her next words, his smile dissapeared. "I'm sure they do." He meowed reassuringly.
