Morningblue turned as his sister spoke to him, his whiskers twitching as she picked up on the fact that she was still unhappy. He turned to look at her. "No," he answered coolly. "But I still don't understand why you expect me to. Thunderclan's camp was invaded and I defended the kits and queens in the nursery. Where exactly in that did I do something other than what any warrior would have done?"

"You say that, and yet the only queen you protected was me." Shrugging, she glared at him once more, eyes laced with anger. Fighting to keep her cool, the she-cat looked him in his eyes, searching them. She knew his tricks. He was trying to put this all on her. But she wouldn't let him.

Morningblue flattened his ears, averting his steely gaze. She was right. This hadn't been about protecting the nursery at all. It had been about protecting Jaystorm. That's what it had been about all along. Since they were kits in the nursery, she he had wanted to make sure his sister was safe. He looked at her again. "And what exactly is the matter with protecting my kin? Spottedflower and Juniperclaw are gone. You... your kits...you're all I have left. And with Rosebelly gone..." Morningblue stopped, suddenly realizing that he was rasing his voice. That never happened, he was too even-keeled. But in Rosebelly, he had finally felt like he had a friend in his clan. Now she was gone. Vanished. Without so much as a goodbye. He took a breath, sitting straight and plastering on his composed an calm demeanor that he wore like a mask, watching her reaction after his outburst.

Creampaw, a multi colored molly, starched in the week leaf-bare sun. She ruffled her fur as a cold breeze swept though the trees of ThunderClan. This was her home, she was born and raised her and she would, did, fight for it. She had the scratches to prove it to. Well they were more like scars know and they weren't that bad but still. The molly ran her yellowish green eyes over the clearing looking for one cat, Featherspeckle, her mentor. She'd like to do some training or just hang out with the older molly. Creampaw looked up to the white and brown molly and respected her. Sadly she didn't see her at the moment. She might still be in her nest. Or out on patrol. She thought sitting down with a thump. Creampaw probably just didn't spot her mentor, she didn't look for long, just glanced around. Nothing more.

(Oh my I've got writer's block again.)

Tigerdawn staggered into camp. She coughed and flicked her tail. "Stupid WindClan." She felt blood trickling down her side.
She had been badly wounded while fighting a WindClan warrior named Bumblebreeze. The she-cat sat near the edge of camp. She was well aware that she could only see out of one eye. I have an apprentice too... She scolded herself for being to dumb in battle. Its what any warrior would've done though... I couldn't let those poor apprentices be murdered. The screeching of the battle rang in her ears, the battle replaying in her mind until it was too much. She let out a yowl and raked her claws through the air, as if she was fighting a cat.
Tigerdawn reminded herself that the battle was over. The warrior felt so weak. I'm surprised that I haven't died yet... She expected to fall over and never wake up during the battle,
yet somehow she was still standing. Thank you StarClan...

Watching the pale sun's being dragged through the sky grew boring, and quickly. Leopardpaw rose from her position on the far side of the fresh-kill pile, opening her mouth to scent the air, and through the tantalising scent of food and overwhelming musk of the Thunderclan collective, Leopardpaw recognized her mentors scent and her ears swivelled, wondering where exactly Honeyflower was.

Honeyflower, spotted Leopardpaw and padded over. The ginger and white molly hadn't got used to Clan life fully but still had an apprentice. "Ready for some training?" She asked as she came to stand in front of her apprentice. This formal rouge was lucky to be entrusted with an apprentice though some of her Clanmates didn't think she should. So e thought she should still be a rouge but she proved that she was loyal in the battle. To some of them.

"Definately," Leopardpaw affirmed, standing up a little bit straighter. Even though she was nearing the end of her apprenticeship, she always felt like she had something to prove to her clanmates, and she wanted to her best for Honeyflower too. Her mentor had gone through a lot of struggles, similar to the struggles Leopardpaw feared she would face if she vocalised her uncertainties about clan life. Leopardpaw circled around to stand at the ginger and white she-cats side, looking up at her mentor with expectant aqua eyes. She felt the energy return to her paws along with the realisation she would be leaving camp again.

As Cherrydawn and Skyfeather returned to the ruins of the Thunderclan camp, her hear sank in her chest looking at all the damage. Cats were injured and waiting to be seen by Caliapaw, blood speckled the floor of the clearing. But something else caught her eye: her mentor stood in the clearing, looking like she could drop from weakness any moment. Cherrydawn rushed up to her. “Tigerdawn! Tigerdawn, are you-“ as she came closer to the warrior, she froze in shock. The fur on her old mentor’s face was marred with blood, and one of her eyes was missing. “Oh Tigerdawn...” the ginger and white warrior breathed, trying to get a grip on her shock.

Flashpaw loitered in the clearing, relaxing in a pool of sunlight. His tail flicked back and forth as it always did when he was lying down. The bengal apprentice could never lay completely still. He didn't know where any of his friends were and wasn't too worried. Training had distanced them and they didn't hang out as much anymore. The young tom sluggishly blinked his eyes, closing them for moments at a time before slowly opening them again. He was facing the edge of the clearing ,stretched out on his side, and couldn't see the center. Flashpaw wasn't in the best of moods, but he hoped a short nap would fix that.
