Deerspots padded into the clearing with her head held high she had one green eye and one eye that was half blue and green she liked her eyes if was just that when ever someone said something rude about them she broke down and cried. She always wanted to make sure that she was good enough for everyone . Like with hollypelt she helped her with things when needed . She leaned forward and her expression was one of worry " are you alright ? " she asked with a twitch of her tail .

Littlelion nuzzled her cheek. It was true he was a goof. A big fluffy ball of goofiness. He did have many nick names with the word 'ball's in it most of witch come from his brother. Bending his head he took a bite of his mate's bird. He didn't eat to much usually witch was another reason why he was so thin, thinner then some toms. But he made up with his thinness with muscles. Finishing the bird he rolled into his back and stuck his tongue out playfully at Flamebird before bursting out with a purr. "What would my darling like to do?" He asked.

She purrs a bit as she licks her nose and thinks a bit “ ..... well.. how about a walk or you can make up for leaving me alone by resting with me now “ she says playfully as she nuzzles his shoulder “ I don’t mind anything my love, as Long as I’m with you we can do anything. But I know since you’ve hunted you must be tired~” she says purring softly as she lays her head down on his lap “ so we can rest before we go out on that walk unless you have any thing you wanna do?” She asks with a soft purr and a smile

Cardinalkit twitched her tail as she pelted after marblesky her head was held high and a huge smile was on her face ha! Most kist would have to wait and be an apprentice to learn how to hunt and I get to learn a few things earlier ! she thought with joy her tail was in the air swaing back and forth pride glowed from her like the stars in the sky at moon high. Marblesky let his little sister stride out with pride it was cute. He himself had always been a bit shy and never did come out of the nursery with such confidence. It was good to see Cardnialkit was already full of spirit. The strange thing was that he could be his goofy self around his family but around his Canmates and at gatherings he was as shy as a new fawn. Hearing her question he nodded. "Sure." The tom mowed.
With a flick of his ear he thought for the best way to explain it. Just explain it like you explained it to Tawnypaw. He told himself . He'd explained hunting to his apprentice it should be easy to explain it to his sister right? "Okay, to hunt mice you need to get into a hunters crouch." Marbledsky meowed flicking his tail to clear away some leaves. With that he turned to Cardinalkit. " Do you know what that is? " He asked. He could clearly remember his first time learning a hunters crouch, it was so much fun.

The she-cat was still searching for somebody of which she could talk to when a somewhat unfamiliar voice interrupted her search. She didn’t turn her head but listened to the murmured comment on how low the fresh-kill pile looked. Guilt flooded over her. Perhaps she would have to send out a patrol sooner than she thought. She briefly glanced up at the sky, taking note of how high or low the sun was. It was past sunhigh but hadn’t reached sunset yet. There would be perhaps another hour or two before it was sunset, which was when she usually sent out more patrols. With this in her mind, the ebony feline looked back down at the fresh-kill pile. A few pieces of prey were still up for grabs and she decided that it would be enough to last them till sunset. And surely there were a few warriors or apprentices out there who were hunting right now, not on patrol but just for the sake of giving the clan more prey. With all this information in her head, she finally decided that she would send out the patrols at the usual time but send out more than usual.
“Hello,” Auroraflame finally said as she heard the voice greeting her. She turned her head to face the tom and offered him a small smile. She wasn’t entirely sure about what his name was but she was pretty certain that it was Blackbuck. She hadn’t socialised with him before but from what she could remember from patrols, that was his name. If she remembered correctly, he was just a moon or two older than she was.
Auroraflame heard his earlier comment repeating in her mind and wondered whether or not she should ask if he’d be willing to do some hunting later. She knew that she’d actually sent him out on a border patrol early this morning so she wasn’t sure if she should say something. The deputy finally settled on asking the tom. She wouldn’t insist he go if he didn’t want to but she would at least ask. “Would you mind going out on a hunting patrol later?” she asked, cutting to the point rather than starting up some small talk and easing the question into the conversation. She knew that she could always stand up and find somebody else to ask, somebody who hadn’t yet gone out on a patrol yet, but the camp was generally quite isolated as of now. Other than the queens, kits and elders, not many other cats were in the camp except for those who stood guard or were resting. It was best to seize the opportunity while she could.

Blackbuck gave the deputy a dutiful nod. "Of course, I'd be happy to go on a hunting patrol. Who would join the patrol?" The black warrior asked. He wasn't sure who the deputy had in mind but he half-wondered if she'd join him. She looked troubled. Like something was on her mind. He could tell that the deputy had something bugging her. So he flicked his ears. "Would you perhaps join me in the hunting patrol. You look like you need some fresh air and maybe something to take your mind off of whatever is going on in that head of yours." He meowed tilting his head expectantly. The tom thought that if the deputy had something on her mind or something bugging her, he could lend his ears and good listening skills. Of course, he'd respect her decision to remain quiet or to keep things to herself but he at least wanted the deputy to know she had a non-judgmental ear to talk to. The fluffy black tom waited for the deputy's answer.

He was so excited!

It was the twentysomething-th of Newleaf, although it felt about as hot as the middle of Greenleaf, and Harpypaw was all but bouncing at the entrance to camp. Why wouldn't he be? He was about to go hunting with his crus— wait no, best friend— and it wasn't a usual sequence of events. His old mentor used to work him to the bone, but ever since his mom complained about his lack of progress under that teacher, he'd found a nice new molly who seemed to be more than patient with him, and actually allowed him to have, you know, free time.

Which was what brought him to the most clear choice here, to celebrate his newly gained freedom with his best friend, Dacepaw. He could do so many... things, now. What was it that everyone else did when they didn't have much to do? Harpypaw, still half-a-step from Camp's entrance, curled his tail as he mulled over the thought. He didn't really see anyone else do anything but go for walks, sleep, or gossip around when they didn't have anything better to do. The thick-furred tom snorted. He definitely had better things to do with his time.
Besides, that couldn't be the epitome of entertainment around here, and he was going to prove it.

He was going to have the best time ever, and there would be, like, so much debauchery and whatnot that it'd go down in Skyclan history.
Chuffing contentedly at the thought, he settled down a little— Dacepaw probably had some last-minute errands his mentor had set him on. Harpypaw felt a little lucky for the leniency he'd been afforded. On a scale to Pipitchirp and literally everyone else, there wasn't really much competition in terms of sheer.. niceness.

It was weird, really, but he wasn't complaining. All he had to fuss over was the location of this dang tom, and that was better than struggling with deadlines and stressing himself to tears about whether or not he would ever complete his apprenticeship. Starclan, he was beginning to realise how much of a real... dung-pusher his old mentor was. Who'd be that cruel to a tom like him? Not to toot his own horn, but Harpypaw was pretty sure he didn't have that hateable of a face.
Nah, that facial structure was too common in loners. He was a Skyclanner through and through.
There was nothing much to do but complain about this and that, and that seemed like a pretty dry gig. He'd daydream instead. Laying back, Harpypaw blinked contentedly, sunning himself as he waited.

Listening to Gingerblossom talk about flowers had an almost soothing effect on the tom. The way that she sounded so calm, but almost - well - passionate about the small colorful things made his heart skip a beat. Just about, anyways. There were so many things he thought about - everything from the strange, weird stirrings he’d get every once in a while with Gingerblossom, or how he wished he’d done things differently with Drizzleshard.

Maybe, if he’d just tried harder… if he had put more effort in, if he had just listened a little harder, stuck around more, not fallen in love with another she cat… things would have been different. But he hadn’t tried harder, he hadn’t put more effort in or stuck around or listened a little harder, and he hadn’t not fallen in love. He wished he hadn’t met Petal, almost. It was a horrible thing to think and Blazingcomet regretted it almost as soon as he thought it, but he knew he at least partly believed it. If he hadn’t met the she cat, maybe his relationship wouldn’t have been wrecked. Maybe he would have been able to hold onto it for just a little bit longer. Gingerblossom’s next words confused him. They sounded happy, they really did… but her smile looked off. It looked like she was lying to him.

”Gingy, are you okay? Where’s the pretty smile I’m so used to getting?” Where was the smile that lit her eyes up, that had nearly taken his breath away the first time, that he had gotten used to seeing? Where was the cheerfulness on her face that showed all of how pure and sweet she was? Where was his friend? Now, Blazingcomet wasn’t so oblivious to feelings that he couldn’t see things - or tell things. But with Gingerblossom, it was different. She had always just treated him like a friend. Like he would never be anything more than a friend, with her, but not… not with her. So he had given up. Was it possible that he could have been wrong in the first place? And if not, then… what was happening?

Gingerblossom had laughed at his comment about her being mates with a flower. The thought just sounded so hilarious to her! Mates with a flower? Wonder what the kits would look like? Would they be kits or... something else? Seeds? She had let out a small giggle at her own thoughts.

But right now, as the conversation had continued, Gingerblossom was struggling to understand the feeling that writhed inside of her. The feeling that made her teeth clench and her claws unsheathe in the slightest. The feeling that was churning through her like a quick river flow.
Blazingcomet’s question came as a surprise to her. Can he not see I am smiling? But as she thought that, Gingerblossom knew something was off with her. She needed to talk to someone, to ask them about it. She opened her mouth to ask Blazingcomet, but realized suddenly she did not want to. What is going on? She had never hid anything from her friend, never ever! And now, when she was most confused, her heart wanted her to hide, to get away from him so she could figure out this feeling she was dealing with.
Gingerblossom’s brain didn’t understand this feeling, but her heart sure did. And Gingerblossom has always followed her heart, so her body went into some sort of auto-pilot mode.

”What do you mean? I am smiling!” Gingerblossom knew he wouldn’t accept that answer as soon as she said it. “I must just be really tired, you know? Working hard, I really should get some rest...” The dilute calico started to back away from the tom slowly. If I leave him alone though, he’ll probably run right back to his soon-to-be mate! The she-cat paused, her face going blank as she tried to register this thought. There were too many of them swirling in her mind, too many thoughts to process and too many emotions to handle.
Her minty green eyes clouding over with sudden panic, Gingerblossom turned around. “I have to go, really. I-I need some sleep.”
