"Yeah, they are!" Lilypaw agreed instantly, a bright smile on her maw. "Plus, they don't judge you so much as other cats, so long as you want to play with them!" It was just easier to be around kits, the small cat found, than most other cats in the clan. Though, there were some cats, such as Honeypaw, that the feline found easy to get along with.

Mudtail giggled and batted at his ears playfully. She was a strange cat and actually preferred laying on her back. She claimed it made sleeping easier for her so ever since they were apprentices, she would wedge herself between Splashfeather and the wall of their den. She continued playing with his ears, the idea of food briefly forgotten. She was a bit scatterbrained.

The tom smiled and nuzzled her cheek, and purred again. He stretched out further and rested his head on her neck. The warrior yawned and waved his tail behind him, "Are you hungry still or too comfortable to move?" Splashfeather asked, laughing lightly.

"Oh yeah! Food!" She laughed and shifted a bit. "Hmmm.. Are you hungry?" She asked, turning the question on him. She always had room so his answer woiuld be her's.

"Oh, yes, it's like they never run out of energy," Lilypaw agreed, nodding along with Honeypaw. "It's crazy to think that not so long ago, I was like them- still in the nursery, I mean. I'm still like them size-wise." She giggled slightly at her remark, head turned to gaze towards the nursery. "I'm so glad those days are gone! I have so much more freedom now, and there will only be more of it once I become a warrior." A large smile spread across the spotted feline's face as she thought about it; Lily couldn't deny how excited she was to have her ceremony. It's so soon!

Lilypaw smiled, still touched that Honeypaw didn't think any different of her for her size. "Yeah, I'm excited for it!" Even if it means I'll be called the 'kit warrior' by every other cat I fight... Lily shook her head, getting these thoughts out of her mind. "It kinda makes you wonder though, like what will I do after I become a warrior? I can't exactly see myself getting a mate... or being stuck in the nursery." Really, the apprentice was happiest when she was out in the territory. Having a mate- well, he'd probably be just as protective of her, if not more, than her parents had been. And the spotted molly didn't want anyone holding her back.

Sproutwhisker looked after Pinewhisker as he headed off into the medicine den to be healed, solemnly shaking his head when he thought of the chaos and loss that Shadowclan has gone through with this flood and damage. It was true that many of his clanmates were not happy to share their camp with a rivaling clan, but with all the violence going on between Thunderclan and Windclan, the black-furred male knew that this was the most logical place for them to flee to. He was one of the few cats that wished to help them until they returned home and was overjoyed to see that his dear friend was alive and he trusted the medicine cat’s to help him get better and stronger. It was truly a sight - the nasty wound on his leg, but at least he didn’t drown out there. The warrior looked up to the sky, silently asking Ripplewhisker for his blessing on this clan and their safe recovery in the coming moons. For now, he would do what he could though. He gave a sigh, dipping his head to a few cats of both Shadowclan and Riverclan before he settled down in the shade of a nearby, his tail flicking back and forth beside him in the damped dirt.

Talonfang walked past ShadowClan cats, nodding her head to a few shecats, and smiling at a group of kits. She managed to get over to her mate, Sproutwhisker. The shecat looked at all of the ShadowClan cats in her camp. I feel bad for the cats who lost loved ones, she thought to herself. "Hey Sproutwhisker," she greeted the tom.
