from what i know wco was made in 2016 after bill and a few other staff left an old website to make there own ( wco )
( im not sure about this though so i could be vary wrong )

There used to be an old website before 2016 and then they moved it to here and a lot of the members that were here since 2016 migrated from the old website. This website was made by BILL. and Deceptionstar though Deceptionstar isn't that active and Dipper is the new co-owner. @Oakpaw1
