A soft looking she-cat was crossing the border straight into the forest clans territory. She was highly unaware of it and it showed through her brilliant green hues, which were wide with excitement and wonder. Petal. Petal was the she-cat's name, suiting her delicate appearance. The British short-hair took in her surroundings like a sponge. Her kittypet life never had anything as exciting as this.

The she-cat stumbled here and there, tripping herself over a branch or some roots that the soft alabaster snow hid. It's gorgeous! Everything's gorgeous! Petal couldn't get over the snow covering everything. It was a wonderland all in its own. Mentally she had already decided to come back here as often as her housefolk would let her leave. She had slipped out today, but when she came home, she knew that she'd prove to them she could stay outside and handle herself.

Petal knew nothing of the clans or the dangers of crossing the borders.

Quietstream crept up on a vole. He was in a low crouch and he jumped up and bit it on the neck killing it swiftly. He buried it and looked for more prey to kill.

Barkskip watched the other tom cat. After a moment he approached Quietstream. "Hey there Quietstream, mind if I hunt with you?"

The brown tom smiled and padded off to search for prey. He sniffed around, then smelled vole. He stalked it and punced, killing it with a swift bite. "Where did you put the catch you just made?" he asked.

Quietstream flicked his tail to a log near a pile of leaves. "over there"

Leafpelt laughed, noticing Flameleaf didn't question their comment about Zerosight. Leafpelt moved quickly threw the forest, moving their ears around. A slight snap rang threw the forest. Leafpelt darted forward, making a quick kill on a shrew. Leafpelt scraped the earth on top, darting around for any other prey. Leafpelt kept themselfs low to the ground, tilting their ears to the side. They quickly pounced on another piece of prey, Vole to be exact. "Bet that," Leafpelt joked. Leafpelt padded over to Flameleaf, flicking their tail happily. Leafpelt let a flirty smile excape from their muzzle, purring happily.

He nodded. He carried the vole over to the freshly dug earth and placed his own catch there, leaving again to hunt again.

Quietstream heard a rustling nearby. He dropped down to a crouch and felt a mouse. He quickly jumped up and smacked it in the air and bit it. He dropped the mouse over at the pile and then continued to go hunt

"Nice catch!" he commented. Barkskip spotted a thrush in the branches above. He climbed the tree watching it carefully. He pulled himself onto the branch and jumped, barely catching it. Unfortunately it fluttered away before he could kill it.
