Burning Wreckage [EVENT - OPEN TO ALL.]

Note: This is a public prompt and event, open to everyone who wishes to use it.

BOOM! !! !

The sky fills with gray smoke and the smell of ash, with a shriek also tearing across the land. A massive Twoleg monster has crashed from the sky and into a ravine, and its caused quite the commotion!

Many Twolegs are rushing in and out of the area, desperate to recover victims. The billowing smoke makes it difficult to tell if active fires are contained, and the occasional crackle of electricity warns of worse danger.

The surrounding area is burnt and littered with dangerous debris. Its advised to walk around them with caution as to not hurt yourself! Though that can be said for all of this area.

It's hard to tell if there's anything of use to you right now, but it couldn't hurt to check things out, right? Maybe the Twolegs missed something of interest...

A huge boom... The earth shakes... Fire everywhere... Twolegs running... Sounds good! Maybe something there is interesting! Night Watcher approached, slowly, avoiding the running twolegs, and started to advance in the middle of the wreckage... He could find something useful after all!

Flash and Eclipse
Outsider brothers

"It smells the burnt...." noticed Eclipse, with his usual cold voice, Flash turned, and smiled "Explosion... Smoke, ideal conditions for something interesting!" Flash, excited, advanced with a confident step toward the place of the explosion, Eclipse sighed, but followed his big brother...

"Yep... Twolegs didn't missed the chaos this time..." said Flash as he saw all the Twolegs running around, Eclipse looked at the chaos without a comment, and followed Flash as he went toward the steel wreckages of that Twolegs monster...

Ace’s ear pricked at the sound of a loud machine.
“Darling.” He began to nose his mate awake. “Let’s go find some trinkets.”
”but dear, it’s sooo early.” Spade huffed. Her bright blue eyes flashing with annoyance, but of course she could never stay mad long.
“I’m sorry, darling, but this could mean good business.” Ace pulled his long skinny tail underneath his mates chin.
“Ok, but I won’t be happy about it.”
Despite her big words, Spade was not angry at her mate.
Ace lead the way out of the den, his wiry blue frame silhouetted against the bright sun.
“Oh, deary look how handsome you are.” Spade couldn’t help but compliment her soulmate.
“Thank you darling, but you look impeccable yourself.”
Spade simply giggled as she walked out of the den to stand next to Ace.
Spade was significantly shorter than Ace, but she was also fluffier, making her look almost his hight.
Ace quickly kicked at an open/closed sign that they had found in a dump.
He had no idea what it means just that one side people come and the other people don’t.

They set off with Ace in the lead towards the wreckage, that many two legs were surrounding.
“Interesting.” Ave muttered mostly to himself, he had never seen two legs so interested in garbage.
Spade nodded in agreement, her fluffy tail held low to the ground in case she needed to bolt.
Ace was much more used to Twolegs, having had to charm his way out of a bad situation a few to many times.
They both noticed that a few other cats were gathering around.
They are probably here for the same thing as us… Ace thought, his claws sliding out. They needed these things for their shop. Others could come get it for them.
Spade noticing his action did the same. She would follow her mate anywhere.
“Let’s go down there deary, they fire us almost out.” Spade scanned the area again.
“Let’s wait.” Ace sat down but never wasn’t alert. He was simply…. Studying the other cats.

Asher was just peacefully trotting alongside with his friend, Chanterelle.
It was a nice day, and-
Gah!

Asher pricked his ears. What was that?
He turned his head towards the commotion.
Oh.
An accident.

He turned his head back to Chanterelle, who was staring,
wide eyed, at the scene.

"I hope there were no twoleg kits inside of that
monster!" She exclaimed.

"Don't worry, I- I don't think there were any
twoleg kits." Asher patted Chanterelle's back with his
tail.

Although, he wasn't sure if there were any twoleg kits.

And why do I care?
There's already help with other twolegs.
I shouldn't care.

The young she-cat couldn't stop staring at
the scene.
How does Asher know there weren't any?
I guess he just knows!

"Hey, let's go see if there's anything in there."
Chanterelle heard Asher whisper.

"Why? It's their stuff!" She exclaimed.

Asher turned his head back to
Chanterelle, and grinned.

"There could be stuff to wear~!"

Chanterelle frowned, but nodded.
"Fine, let's go."

Asher flicked his tail and ran to the scene, before
stopping.

Chanterelle followed behind him, and also stopped,
trying to follow his gaze to see what he was looking at.

"Are they alright?" Chanterelle asked, worried.
Asher nodded.

"Seems nobody is hurt to the point where
they're unconscious. Just looks like a
ton of injuries."

Chanterelle breathed a sigh of relief.

"Wow, there's lots of other cats here. Wanna
talk to them?"

Chanterelle flattened her ears.
Talk to other cats?!
To strangers?!

"Uh- Asher, that doesn't seem safe-"
But before Chanterelle could even finish,
Asher was calling out to the nearest cats.

Oh great.

Ace: silver tongue activated!

Ace simply lifted an ear at the sound of another cat.
How interesting, a cat was calling out to them.
Spade smiled pleasantly. “Oh hello! What’s your name, love?”
Ace rolled his eyes, but smiled at the other cat. His cold blue gaze never leaving them. “Hello. I’m Ace and This is Spade.” He lifted a paw to beckon in the direction of each other.
“Interesting things happening today.” His suspicions covered by a mask of friendliness, Ace reached over and nudged the new cat with a paw. “Never seen so many twolegs interested in garbage. The wreckage must have been bad.”
Spade turned back to look at the flames. “So love, what are you here for? Simply curious?”
Ace danced over to the she-cat with the Tom. “Wonder if the fires out yet, any idea?”

Confuse and attack. Ace’s favorite tactic. This is how they get information.

The young kit headed on over to see what was going on. He was suprised to see a fire, and a bunch of Twolegs. What is going on? he thought. He creeped closer to see what was going on

"Hey! What's a young kit like you doin' out here?" asked the 5 moon old spiky furred cat. Then he turned around to the blazing monster. "Oh, you want to see that? It's dangerous, be careful!" Looking at all the Twolegs around it, he worried for the kit. Maybe the twolegs would make them a kittypet. Kittypets were fed stuff that looks like rabbit dung. It looked, and probably tasted, terrible. Honestly, why can't they just escape, run free, like Spike! Why were they forced upon this terrible fate? He wished, just once, to become a Twoleg and free all those kittypets. Then all the cats would be free. Never to be trapped in a Twoleg nest again.

"Oh, my name's Asher, and this
short cat you see here, her name is Chanterelle, but I call her Elle
at times."
He glanced at Chanterelle, who seemed like
she was about to faint.
He just chuckled.
Just Chanterelle being Chanterelle.

Asher continued to listen for a moment.

"Ace and Spade? I think I knew someone
named Spade. Ace is a cool name, though!"
He felt Chanterelle nod next to him.

Asher scratched his ear with his hind
paw.

"Yeah," he paused as he stopped scratching,
"it must've been a really bad accident."

"Although, I did observe the accident. Looks
like nobody is badly hurt to the point
where they're unconscious. Just seems
like a load of scratches."

Asher turned to Chanterelle, prodding her.

Huh?! What?!
Chanterelle snapped out of her daydream.

"Oh, s-sorry."
"Yeah. The accident must've been bad."

Chanterelle glanced over at the flames.

"U-uh, we just came here to observe what
happened. I didn't really come here
to take stuff, and, uh, yeah..."

Chanterelle felt her ears flatten as the
tom, who seemed huge, come
over to her.
She then shook her head,
and took a deep breath.

Nothing to be afraid of,
nothing to be afraid of.
They seem nice.
I shouldn't be scared.

Ace smiled at Chanterelle, but the smile never reached his eyes. She was nervous. Good.
“So, what’s some lovely cats like you doing out here?”
Spade turned towards Asher, a genuine smile on her face. “Darling, don’t scare the pretty lady.” She says without taking her eyes off of him. “Anyways, where do you live?”
Ace joined in walking over to stand next to his mate. “What did you find so interesting about the crash?”
