Lightpaw did as Scorndusk said, but she was angry she had. Still shocked over her random outburst, Lightpaw tried to think, but she thought it was a bad idea.

It seemed as if someone in her head was telling her not to listen to Scorndusk, and it turned out it was her mother. Lightpaw's mother had been killed by rogues along with her mate, Lightpaw's father. Lightpaw's mother's spirit appeared beside her, glaring at Scorndusk.
