@ Jessica1917 Once they had reached camp Rushingwind told Bazilpaw to rest until sunlow, then meet him in the clearing for some battle training. (Putting this on pause for a little)

I'm active most week days from 8:00am-3pm EST, and sporadically on weekends and holidays, but often significantly less than I am during school days. Won't be online afterschool most days and def not Wednesdays cuz karateee.

Oh. was all Splashleap could really say in response to THAT. She had always found it the opposite. Like, warriors were supposed to be mature, and teach, so she just.......tried really hard and then she was. It probably worked differently for other cats though. She wasn't sure. Apparently!
He had a point about that much. Yeah, I suppose your right. Splashleap mewed after the second statement. Then, she looked sideways at him. A bit carefully, she asked What was your mentor like? Mine.......kind of ignored me, and I don't want to do that? Did you have a good mentor? She wasn't sure why she felt compelled to ask the question, but she did. She didn't want to fail, that much she knew. To fail the apprentice would be to fail Lionstar, and the clan, and after all the things she had messed up........she really didn't want to do that again.
