Midnightpaw quietly stalked her way over, big green eyes peering up at Lynxshade at her call. A raid? Huh. She had never been part of a battle before, but she did have some training tucked away under her fur. Surely this would be good experience, right?
Moonseer shook out their fur as they caught wind of the announcement from their nest in the warrior's den. A raid soon? Whatever Dawnstar thought was necessary, Moonseer would follow. As they padded out of the den, they were surprised by how big the gathering crowd already was.
Moonseer purred in delight at the show of undying loyalty, Shadowclan was such a brilliant clan. They gathered in the crowd, looking for any apprentices that may need some final bits of training.
(Moonseer is willing to help some apprentices with some last minute battle training, just come up in character and ask)

Lostspark stepped out of her den as Lynxshade's voice sounded in the clearing. Her claws slid out on their own accord, digging into the soil below as the seemingly blind, scarred Medicine Cat sat down, curling her tail around herself and resting it over her paws. Lostspark's fighting skills could use a little refining, and she intended not to let this opportunity pass by.
A raid? It was true, thunderclan had killed shadowclan cats and gave such a flimsy excuse, he knew he would not need to ask Starclan if this was the right choice, his clan was going into battle to avenge their fallen, unjustly taken from them, he will not hesitate to fight. He moves as close as he can to the ledge, all leafbare he had been hunting and training, getting stronger and honing his skills just to be of service to his clan, and now that the clan needs warriors, he is ready.

oooh, another raid on the tree lickers?! He joined in on the last one that got them sunkissed creek, he wouldn't miss this one! Maybe he could get lucky and kill another one this time around. He wasted no time coming over and instantly spotted Midnightpaw, the last one standing beside him from their friend group. The bigger apprentice came stomping over to her and casually tried to lay his weight on her for funsies. "Heya Mid! Raids ain't bad if you know how to fight against them tree lickers!" he snickered.

White tipped paws carried Mossfreckle dutifully from the medicine cats den to the cleaning where Lynxshade was speaking of a raid on Thunderclan, reaching near the base of the Shadowledge they sat and curled their feathery tail around their freckled oriental shaped form. As much as the thought of battle panged as a sour out of tune note in his head he new that all capable warriors would be needed to train the apprentices - well, he himself was an apprentice once more but he had been trained as a warrior and had battle skills to pass on. His starry mind reeled and white tipped paws needed the ground as oriental shaped ears perked to seek more information… teach, pass on, for the clan… he knew he would be busy taking care of wounded felines - some younger than him - as this battle progressed but in the end the clan came first and providing battle training would help prevent a little bit of the bloodshed.

Gravely tones softened as his apprentice padded over to him, he gave the grey little she-cat an approving nod and an attempt as a smile, “Yes, this will count as battle training, but for now we just sit and wait for Lynxshade’s or Dawnstar’s next order.”

He wasn't really in the mood for this, but duty calls. Slowly making his way into the clearing, the large cat sat down. His shoulder hurt like hell, but he was sure he'd be fine.... Probably.

Battle event! Hell yeah! Slytiger eaglery bounded over, his green eyes sparkling in anticipation. Last time they had fought ThunderClan he had managed to take Bumblestar's ear. Maybe this time he would get something more to gift to Dawnstar. Either way, he wasn't about to miss out on a raid because he didn't come to the event.
Slytiger glanced around at the various cats who had gathered, doing a surprised double-take as he spotted Vulturefang. Wasn't he missing? He hadn't seen the deputy (or was it former now?) around for over half a moon. Still, if he was here, most likely Dawnstar knew already and he didn't want to interrupt the event for no reason. Instead, Slytiger turned his attention back to Lynxshade to wait for further instructions.
