He watched as a dust cloud of kits flocked out the nursery. Good, Starclan, those were a lot of kids.

Yellowpaw watched as Whitepaw and Softheart- no, Whiteheart and Softpaw- arrived. He didn't have much to say to these cats.

"It's fine. You probably just didn't-" Yellowpaw saw his brother cut in front of Fleapaw. "Hey! I was having a conversation!" He said. Rats, Fleapaw was the first one in a while to actually show him respect.

Hmm.
Something interesting to do? And better yet, it was hosted by his very own apprentice. How fascinating... He'd be sure to poke at him for this later. Waltzing into the clearing the massive tom acknowledged his presence with a small wave of his tail towards Yellowpaw. Hopefully this was worth his time. It was something different for change... And he couldn't lie, he kinda stunk a scenting stuff, so this was some well needed practice. Not only that, but this would hopefully add to Yellowpaw's skill set. Properly handling a situation would be a nice thing to have under belt. Now he just had to see if the kid could pull it off.

With that, Vulturefang awaited further instruction.

Yellowpaw looked down at the cats, surprised that Vulturefang, of all cats, had joined. Hmm... perfect chance to annoy his mentor. Ha. Was it worth it though? Yes, yes it was. Anything was worth messing with someone. Especially Vulturefang.

Maybe some other time. He was doing something right then, and he didn't want to lose track of who was there because it was very hard to keep count while having a conversation. Now before he forgot, it was time to let the chaos commense.

"Okay, now that I've somewhat gathered a conglomerate of cats, you should have teams because I say so." Yellowpaw saying something was extremely important. "Okay, the teams will be Leaf, cobweb, Lynx, and... uh..." Yellowpaw glanced around spotting a "Tree."

"On team Leaf, we have Whiteheart, Vulturefang, Softpaw and Mothkit." Yellowpaw spun to a random group of cats and decided to name all of them team lynx. "For team lynx we got Skybranch, Ospreysplash, Bluepaw and Spiderkit." Next up, team cobweb. "The cast for team cobweb goes Fleapaw, Shadepaw, Eaglekit and Leapmoon." And then team tree. "Last and maybe least, team tree consists of Littlekit, Twistedkit, Willowkit, and the other one." Yellowpaw really needed to start remembering names.
